Putin To The Rescue?
 
It is possible that the person who may have saved Portland from getting hit with a false flag dirty bomb or nuclear blast during TOPOFF was the President of Russia.
 
Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Tehran on Oct. 16-17, the second and third days of TOPOFF. He vowed that Russia would not tolerate an attack on Iran. He also invited Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Moscow for talks.
 
This was the first time a Russian leader had visited Iran in the 64 years that have elapsed since Stalin attended the Tehran conference for Allied leaders in late 1943. Putin visited Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad despite a warning that there were people in Iran plotting to assassinate him. Iran’s foreign minister Mohammad Ali Hosseini stated, "These sort of reports are completely baseless and in direction with psychological operations of enemies of relations between Iran and Russia."
 
When Putin returned to Moscow on Oct. 18, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert paid him a surprise visit. This was the first time in years the Israeli Prime minister had paid a one-day visit outside of Turkey, Egypt, or Jordan.
 
Putin did not budge before Olmert. He reiterated that Russia would not tolerate an attack on Iran. Earlier, to show America and Israel that Russia means business, Putin revived strategic bomber patrols outside Russian territory for the first time since the end of the Cold War.
 
Why would the Prime Minister of Israel hop on a plane with great urgency and fly all the way to Moscow to appear in front of Putin unless there were some big plans in the works that he was afraid might get gummed up because of Putin’s defiant attitude? Is it possible that such big plans would have had Portland’s name on them, consistent with the repeated warnings by national media since the Madrid bombings of 3-11-2004 that it is not a question of if, but rather when an American city will get nuked?
 
If TOPOFF had in fact been originally intended by the Bush cabal to provide cover for a false flag event in Portland, their operatives would have very likely inserted a bomb in the city. However, once Putin thwarted Bush and the Israelis, the operatives would have then needed to abort their mission and extract the bomb.
 
Early Thursday afternoon, following the meeting between Putin and Olmert (Moscow is eleven hours ahead of Portland) three different dogs alerted to bomb residue on a car parked in the Lloyd Center Double Tree hotel garage in Portland. It was reported that the vehicle belonged to an exercise participant. Police cordoned off a large area with yellow tape, evacuated the hotel, and even stopped the nearby MAX light rail line. Department of Homeland Security Czar Michael Chertoff was scheduled to arrive at the Double Tree that afternoon. Instead, he got taken elsewhere by police.
 
No arrests were reported. The Oregonian claimed that false alarms are common since bomb residue can become impregnated in the clothing of members of police explosives teams.
 
The Columbian reported that no bomb was found. The residue may have come from a firearm. It may have also involved residue from a bus that was blown up on Tuesday as part of the exercise.
 
9-11 Truth activists have reason to question reports that downplay this incident. Many recall how the initial local news reports that came just after the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 talked about bombs found inside the Murrah Federal building. Military explosives experts claim that there was no way an explosion from Timothy McVeigh’s Ryder Truck parked well outside the Murrah building could have exerted enough force through the air to take off approximately a third of the building’s edifice. However, rather than welcome these observations, national media subsequently suppressed them and played up Timothy McVeigh and his fertilizer-based truck bomb as the primary cause of the havoc.
 
Perhaps the Thursday bomb scare was about nothing. Or, then again, perhaps it was set up by disaffected insiders to undermine a scenario; perhaps to "yank the chain" of false flag covert operatives without spilling the beans on an overall plot. A possible message: "Next go around with an exercise, Portland will not be so easy."
 
Earlier that day, at 2 a.m, Central Standard Time, a petrochemical pipeline exploded in Port Arthur, Texas. Three hours before it blew, my colleagues at The Lone Star Iconoclast, editor W. The Real Drill…
 
I emphasized in warning emails sent to County Sheriffs and Congressman alike that as a former Marine officer, I normally support civil defense preparedness training. I have always admired the extensive defense preparations of the Swiss people.
 
However, we do not live today under anything approaching normal political circumstances. The 9-11 Truth Movement provides disturbing evidence that 9-11 was in actuality a silent coup de etat against Americans and their Constitution by neocons looking for a pretext to invade Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries.
 
The real "TOPOFF" exercise involved activism by private citizens to protest possible actions by government-sponsored agents provocateurs. Despite the fact that "nothing happened" in Portland during TOPOFF, I do not think that any of the efforts of citizen activists were in vain. Preventing a real nuke from going off was a primary goal of our activism to begin with. Nothing happened; therefore, "mission accomplished."
 
The need for citizen activism is hardly over. Until we completely dismantle the Orwellian "Patriot" Act, stop senseless Middle Eastern wars, punish the real 9-11 criminals, restore the Constitution, enforce our borders, re-establish popular sovereignty, and rebuild a healthy economy, we must remain on special alert and stay in the battle.

In this interview Craig Roberts, a Republican says that we can expect a police state in 2008, and that Iran is likely to be targeted as a false flag operation like the Gulf of Tonkin, as there are 3 US carrier strike forces off the coast of Iran. Knocking one of these off must have been the idea behind the Minot-Barksdale missile thief. The 1964 Gulf of Tonkin Incident has been accused of being a false flag operation which was conducted by the US Navy, claiming that they were under attack by North Vietnamese gunboats. There is talk of Bush-Cheney canceling the next elections after starting the next crisis event.

OPEC representatives have also questioned the advisability of using the dollar as the currency payable for energy resources, primarily the irreconcilable opponents of the United States - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez. Ahmadinejad called on his OPEC partners to stop using the dollar in their international oil deals and replace it with another and more reliable currency.  Is an Attack on Iran Imminent?

George W. Bush is poised to order a massive aerial bombardment – possibly including tactical nuclear weapons – of up to 10,000 targets in Iran.  The attack would be justified on grounds that Iran is interfering with U.S. efforts in Iraq and that Iran is developing a nuclear weapon, a charge that was debunked last fall in the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE).

According to international experts, the U.S. declared economic war against Iran on March 20.  On that day, the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) called on the world’s financial institutions to stop doing business with Iran, making it much more difficult for Iran to engage in global commerce.

Now the Bush administration is preparing to drop the other shoe.  Below are some of the indications that a U.S. military attack on Iran is imminent:

The March 11 resignation of CENTCOM Commander Admiral William Fallon who, according to a well-publicized Esquire magazine article, “openly opposed Bush’s Iran policy and was a lone voice against taking military action to stop the Iranian nuclear program.”

The recent removal of Vice Admiral John Stufflebeem, Commander of the 6th Fleet (Mediterranean Sea), also known to be a critic of the administration’s war plans.

Two U.S. warships took up positions off Lebanon last month.  According to US News & World Report, “The United States would want its warships in the eastern Mediterranean in the event of a military action against Iran.”

The United States has two aircraft carrier strike groups (the USS John C. Stennis and the USS Eisenhower) stationed in the Persian Gulf with at least one additional group reportedly on the way.

The Israeli air strike against Syria last September was advertised as an attack on a nuclear facility.  Current speculation is that the real purpose of the raid was to “force Syria to switch on the targeting electronics for newly received Russian anti-aircraft defenses.”  Knowing the electronic signatures of these systems would reduce the risks for U.S. and Israeli warplanes heading to Iranian targets.

Israel conducted its largest military exercises ever beginning the week of April 6.  This exercise simulated missile strikes from Iran, Lebanon, and Syria.  (Note: Both 9/11 and the London subway bombing of 7/7/07 occurred simultaneous by with military and/or civil defense exercises.)

One day after a March visit from Vice President Cheney, the Saudi government announced “national plans to deal with any sudden nuclear and radioactive hazards that may affect the kingdom.”  This announcement came following warnings of possible attacks on Iran’s nearby Bushehr nuclear reactors.

According to former U.N. chief weapons inspector Scott Ritter, the Pentagon has contracted for additional bunker-buster bombs and planes that carry them.  Delivery is due this month.

The oncoming monsoon season, which would carry radioactive fallout by wind and rain to countries east of Iran (including Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India), narrows the window for the optimal launch of an air attack.

Over the past six months, two major incidents have demonstrated the inadequate security of the U.S. nuclear arsenal.  On August 30, 2007, a B-52 Stratofortress bomber carrying 6 AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missiles, each armed with a W-80-1 nuclear warhead, flew an unauthorized mission from Minot AFB in North Dakota to Barksdale AFB in Louisiana.  (Barksdale is the major disembarkation point for personnel and materiel going to the Middle East.)  This “Bent Spear” incident marked the first time in more than 40 years that nuclear weapons had been flown across the continental United States.  A spate of up to eight accidental deaths and suicides of personnel from these two bases adds an ominous twist to this story.

Recently, it was revealed that intercontinental ballistic missile fuses had been sent to Taiwan instead of the helicopter batteries they had ordered.  Sharp protests from China forced President Bush to acknowledge the error personally to Chinese Premier Hu Jintao.

As a result of these incidents, Defense Secretary Robert Gates has ordered a series of investigations, including a recent order for a complete physical inventory of the entire U.S. nuclear arsenal.

The Bush administration is hypocritical in its claims that Iran cannot be trusted with nuclear weapons.  Given the Minot/Barksdale incident and the mix-up between ballistic missile fuses and helicopter batteries, the question that should to be asked is: “Can the U.S. be trusted with nuclear weapons?”

According to the Union of Concerned Scientists, a “limited” nuclear attack on the main Iranian underground site in Esfahan would result in three million people killed by radiation within two weeks and 35 million people exposed to dangerous levels of radiation in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India.

Yet another preemptive attack and the devastation of another civilian population would be grossly immoral and in violation of all international codes of conduct.  No one can predict how such an attack would end, especially in the tinderbox that is the Middle East.  Every patriotic American, and especially every member of Congress, should do whatever is in their power to stop the Bush-Cheney cabal before they drag us into World War III.

Ok, since the Americans like to attack on the new moon, and the Middle Easterners like to attack under the cloak of a storm....
We can assume that the Iran attack will be three days within...June 3 and the false flag will be between  May 5-12th. Other supermoon windows include July 2, Dec 12. Solar Eclipse window around August 1 (July 25 to August 8 )...which is a new moon as well.

Looking at this...I intuit that it will be the August eclipse new moon window which they will use for the attack. But June is going to be one scary month.

SuperMoon is a term I coined in a 1979 article for Dell Publishing Company's HOROSCOPE magazine, describing what is technically called a perigee-syzygy; a new or full moon (syzygy) which occurs with the Moon at or near (within 90% of) its closest approach to Earth in a given orbit. In short, Earth, Moon and Sun are all in a line, with Moon in its nearest approach to Earth. (My most recent print article on this subject appeared in the October-November 2007 issue of The Mountain Astrologer.)

Like eclipses, there are typically four or five SuperMoons each year. We get five this year. These include a trio of new moons in the spring: one on May 5 (15° 22' Taurus), followed by another on June 3 at 13° 34' Gemini, and a third on July 3 at 11° 32' Cancer. A pair follows in the fall, both full moons: one on November 13 at 21° 15' Taurus, and the second on December 12 at 21° 2' Gemini.

SuperMoons are noteworthy for their close association with extreme tidal forces working in what astrologers of old used to call the sublunary world; which is to say, in the atmosphere, crust and oceans of our home planet - including ourselves, of course. From extreme coastal tides to severe storms to powerful earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, the entire natural world surges and spasms under the sway of the SuperMoon alignment - within three days either way of the exact syzygy, is the rule of thumb.

JUN 3 SuperMoon New MoonIf you're interested in the history of SuperMoon alignments in connection with great storms, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, you'll find a sampling of them in my book Interpreting Astrology (published by the American Federation of Astrologers). But a simple review of the news over the past few years should serve to get you acquainted. Take Hurricane Katrina, for example; spawned from a tropical depression formed within three days of the August 19 SuperMoon. If you're in (or plan to be in) a place that's subject to seismic upheaval during a SuperMoon stress window, it's not hard to figure out that being prepared to the extent that you can is not a bad idea. Likewise, people on the coast should be prepared for extreme tidal surges. Severe storms on the other hand can strike just about anywhere, so it behooves us all to be ready for rough weather when a SuperMoon alignment forms.
Their planetary scope notwithstanding, astro-mapping may offer some hints as to areas of special vulnerability for each individual SuperMoon alignment. The May 5 SuperMoon, for example, shows astro-locality links along a longitudinal line that sweeps from the British Isles down through western Europe and west Africa in the western hemisphere, and across New Zealand in the east. A horizon arc from this SuperMoon sweeps through Alaska and the western US and Canada, down through Mexico and across the southern tip of South America, coming up eastern India into China, Mongolia and Siberia. I'm also seeing some rather threatening looking Mars lines sweeping from Anchorage across to Edmonton and down through New Orleans and Buenos Aires, across open ocean to southeastern Australia.

DEC 12 SuperMoon Full MoonThe Rocky Mountain range from Canada clean through the US and down through the Baja is one of the longitudinal risk ribbons associated with the June 3 SuperMoon. This same line emerges on the other side of the world to cross India, Pakistan and Russia. The horizon arc for this SuperMoon skirts the west coast of Africa to pass through western Europe, crossing northern Russia and China to pass through Japan on its way down to New Zealand. A sweeping Mars arc has an ominous look to it at this SuperMoon, and it stretches from the Aleutians to just east of Hawaii to emerge just off the southeast coast of Africa before jutting up through the Middle East and out through Siberia. I figure the June 3 SuperMoon to be one of the strongest storm and seismic indicators of the year, falling within hours of lunar perigee and the Moon's north declination extreme for the month.

2008 Eclipses
Like SuperMoons, eclipses are important indicators of major geophysical stress. My own rule of thumb for eclipses is that solar eclipses have a geophysical shock window that extends a week either side of the exact date, while lunar eclipses are effective within a plus or minus three day window.

Then comes the February 21 total lunar eclipse….
The August 1 total solar eclipse at 9° 32 Leo lies in the middle of a geophysical stress window that stretches from July 25 to August 8 (probably peaking around July 29 as well as August 1 and 4). Northeastern North America and most of Europe and Asia fall under the shadow of the eclipse, and that makes them obvious targets of the increased storm and seismic potential at work during this period.

An estimated 33-40% of households own guns and approximately 44-51 million Americans. personally own guns. Thus it unlikely that another holocaust or fascist-police state could come into being in America...once the people get mad enough to defend themselves, each of those guns could kill off at least a couple of mercenary civil subversive troops. Corruption is so rife in the mainstream political process, that I estimate Greens and Permaculture parties will have their day sometime soon. Their mere existance will slowly change things—and when the public are totally sick of being screwed, the culture will flip over and the alternatives must be ready to run with the ball.

But if we learn them and can change, then these predicted massive dieoffs will be unnecessary, we slowly reduce world population naturally...with intelligence...and get our sustainable, regenerative act together.

Pointing this out to the sickos that gleefully predict massive extermination might indeed help to bring about the more conscious alternative.

Now the Council on Foreign Relations has nearly every presidential candidate in their pocket. Michelle Obama is on the Board of Directors in the Chicago branch of the CFR. Council on Foreign Relations, which describes itself as a non-partisan group of which Obama is a member. Established in the 1920's and headquartered in New York, its membership includes prominent politicians and business elite, including heads of academia and media. The organization seeks to centralize both political power and market power to craft legislation outside the checks and balances of democracy…Ron Paul is the only 2008 candidate not affiliated with the C.F.R.

To a select crowd of Americans, Obama preaches against the handling of the Iraq war. To other more private groups, Obama advocates military strikes on new middle eastern countries. Obama has aligned himself with several lobbying firms and nongovernmental organizations who seek further US militarization of the world. In several speeches and essays, Obama makes his foreign policy goals clear - and he is not anti-war. Is Obama intentionally sending a deceptive message to his constituency?

…Israel is unpopular in the region, and is threatened by Iran's desire for modern nuclear energy in the future. Regarding Iran's nuclear program, Obama states "We should take no option, including military action, off the table". The US has already constructed massive permanent military bases in Iraq and Afghanistan to serve as hubs for such an operation. The fleet of aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf continues to grow, while politicians and media simultaneously hype a nonexistent enemy. This reckless policy leaves the U.S. on the brink of full scale war at all times….Obama differs from his colleagues in that he does not believe nuclear weapons should be used - a small concession for an ambitious military operation. This policy still backs preemptive strikes and the further militarization of the middle east, all at the expense of US resources…

Barack Obama has captivated voters from all parties with his refreshing new style of rhetoric. He has the voting record to back his criticism of the Iraq war. But like his CFR colleagues, he vows to continue the pursuit of a shadowy enemy under the vague threat of "terrorism" - a policy that has cost citizens their personal liberties, trillions in debt and untold lives. The war on terror has been crafted to spend the US into bankruptcy and setup a domestic police state. Like his colleagues, Barack Obama's stated foreign policy intentions foment the long term militarization and balkanization of the middle east while resources will continue to be spent in deficit to finance an illegal foreign policy. Only when the control of the CFR is fully exposed will the voters have a real democratic choice.

The CFR goal is to subvert the democratic process. CFR member Carroll Quigley admits that the two-party system allows for both groups to be controlled at the highest level but operate like bitter rivals. As Quigley says, this gives the voters the chance to "throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound of extreme shifts in policy.". Controlling Washington elite allowed private central banks to " dominate the political system... ...and economy of world as a whole" and implement a new system of "feudalist fashion" through "secret agreements." (CFR members in government control the nuclear football…United Nations, is an organization controlled by many CFR members.)

All the memes have a light and dark aspect...you could use the balance of the 4  elements plus introversion/extraversion, yin/yang, coupled with a morbidity to spiritual health scale...better than the spiral to unpack reality I think. Or one would have to think of the light-positive screw of the spiral, and the dark-negative screw of the spiral as being side by side...two sides of the same coin. (an image I painted in my teens)

If you go look at the Syriana clips on youtube...you will see a piece where a CIA guy is saying "corruption is how we win." Thus maturity in this postconstruction age is about seeing "what is" without getting cynical...rather difficult. As we live in the belly of the Beast...how to live a honorable life in a dishonorable world? Winning, apparently to our current level of development, is more important than having a soul, or questioning the nature of what we are doing, and finding "new" ways of doing things. What use is it to win the whole world and lose our soul in the process.

Angelina Jolie is also a member of the UN and CFR...whats up with that?

It is ironic that those who profess to have a religious code are the most coldbloodedly barbaric...because they justify to their intellect their primitive primate nastiness with ideas of being green lighted by God, manifest destiny and cosmic glory...when really they just want a larger piece of the pie regardless of consequences. Personally if I ruled the world all religions would be outlawed and ridiculed as supersticious rantings of a rabid ego...then a truly sacred-feeling-spirituality put in its place. But to eliminate religion you would have to kill most humans on the planet, and then you would be no better than the religions fanatics that propagate war.

The question is will Intregral stop the oil war in Iraq, and prevent the attack on Iran, and stop the American's backing sides with weapons to inflame conflict and weaken the enemy..."those who have the oil."

Well for starters, if the US Govt was integral (awake), perhaps they would fund alternative energy creation...an all out intellectual war-p-speed on the lack of sustainable energy supply. And present an example as to the way to behave in the world at least. At present the young people of the world look to America and see that it is correct to act like a genocidal thug with complete self-serving interest and not a "care" for the planet or the future well-being of nations.

Without addressing the meaningful issues and making an impact, Integral may turn out to be just a load of sound bites. A conscious schizophrenic reaction to a world ruled by demagogs and the blind dis-integration of mass greed and survival.
