I hate the sexes, I wish there was only one so I can be a virgin my whole life, I don't think I can love anyone. I am going to take charge tho, with running and bought some shea butter to massage myself...nature be damned. Purge
Thanks for tip on Wolfee.

The point of the fool is that the “All” is unknowable. It’s only “be-able”, i.e. experience-able. In order to experience the “All”, you must abandon knowledge. Knowledge is created by veiling-off aspects of the One Thing into arbitrary compartments. Behind these veils, we miss the big picture. The fool has no such problem. He is the big picture, but he doesn't see it in the sense of having knowledge. Thus mindless meditation is a valid method for directly connecting with the One Thing. It’s really just a matter of getting the obstacles out of the way in order to get to what is always-already there, but is blocked by the compartmentalized world of “knowledge”

“Double binds are associated with a combination of denial and inflexibility derived from the cultural predisposition about the salience of rationality and rejection of holism. Framed in this way, the reflexive conundrum is an inability, constrained by existing patterns of communicative interaction in society, to jump out of the dilemma and look back at the dilemma from a perspective of the system as a whole.” 197, Recursive Vision, Peter Harris Jones.

Knowledge equals compartmentalization. Resolution of paradox can be achieved through better awareness of the processes by which the inclusive fabric of unity is split and torn.

Bateson said that our reality is composed of mutual causal coordination between self and the system of which it is a part. We make ourselves sick with our programs of separation and self-justification, and so we can make ourselves well by re-membering the beneficent whole. The greatest good for us, is the greatest good for all. Thus greater lucidity and greater truth would have it that we empty our minds of worry and distress, and fill up on Nothing.

I woke up at 3 and did the attraction meditation for hours and began to feel much better after several weeks of anxiety. The Attraction Meditation in particular, because it involves feeding on the nectar of ones own EMF helps to resolve paradox, relieve anxiety, overcome separation and replug us back into the cosmos.

• Meditation for Attraction—This practice is for changing polarity from sacrifice and repulsion, to fulfillment and receptivity. When we fill up from source by turning the polarity inward, we become satiated in an enchanted world. Sit in meditation and take off the top of your head by making a plane through your head at the eyebrow level. This puts your inner kinesthetic senses at this plain…then let the energy of Universe pour into your head along magnetic flux lines without resistance.  This produces greater connection of the EMF-egg and coherent organization and alignment of all bodies and levels up to the Unified Field. Usually when we meditate we are projecting our energy up and out, but when we flip the polarity and let Universe pour in the kundalini gland at the base of the spine starts pulsing (you can feel this if you are lying on your back in bed). This inner spark represents greater connection between the top and bottom of our EMF-egg.  You can also open up your head to the lines of force pouring in from Universe while you are doing upright walking. This gives a strange fixity and intensity to the vision and makes monkey mind disappear…it is though one is in a trance, but really it is a state of being “out of the trance” and in pure awareness. Pure awareness is quantum consciousness, while normal awareness is digital. You will notice that is maximally energetic and you will have to breathe deeper in order to maintain the groove of open headedness while doing upright walking.

Play is related to 'letting go'

If you are unable to "let go" of the uncontrollables and unchangeables in your life, you could:
Become so obsessed with the need to solve everything on your own that you run the risk of physical and emotional exhaustion.
Never attain personal serenity and peace by accepting the human condition at work in your life.
Never establish an effective means of "handing over" to your Higher Power the "too big to solve" issues in your life and thus become bogged down in "chasing your tail" in these issues.
Never be at rest, always having these issues stirring up your emotional resources and energy.
Become anxious, stressed, insecure and depressed over these issues so much that your personal effectiveness lessens at home, work, school or in the community.
Become obsessed with these issues so much that they are the only topic of conversation or focus of attention you have in your life.
Be driven by the sense of failure, not being "good enough" or guilt for not fixing the issues and become depressed and very hard in your self-assessments until you believe that you are the failure who is out of control and needing to be changed into a perfect, all powerful, infallible being.
Become competitive with your Higher Power as the source of wisdom and light in the lives of those whom you are so desperately trying to control, fix and change.
Try to replace God by referring to yourself in terms only appropriate in describing your Higher Power because of your belief that you have the power to solve the unsolvable situations in your life. Because of this inflated ego and incapability of solving the unsolvable, your self-esteem and self-worth take a beating.
Exacerbate low self-esteem by becoming so obsessed with the sense of shame, guilt, failure and incompetence in not being able to solve your unsolvable problems.
Loss everything of importance by making such great sacrifices to save the things beyond your control that you lose everything in your life which gave it meaning including: marriage, money, success, business, jobs, children, relationships and even your life.

Love rather than aggression is the force field that allows the maintenance of Self-integrity within the human primate social context. When self-love is absent and we are immersed in the deprivation (ego) state, we then desperately try to control, fix and change in a futile attempt to relieve our suffering. In a left-brain culture the need to know and to control is ubiquitous. If the society rewards these functions rather than creativity, truth, sincerity, humor and happiness, then individuals have to dig deep within themselves to recover and preserve our basic humanity.

19. Fun Magnet—Establishing the frequency of divine play, we induce the accumulation and acceleration of fun and personal magnetism. As our magnetism for fun increases we draw to us humor, synchronicity, fun, play and happiness and we spread it in equal measure.

20. Up The Game—We can withdraw, transcend and up our game at any point…by zeroing out of the existing play mode through Attraction Meditation, Sun Gazing, Spinal Shower, Binaural Theta Wave etc… we can find and embody the higher conscious solution to current drama. Onward, Inward, Upward.

21. Curiosity—Significance and meaning perceived from contact with nature's harmonies and extensive interconnections, leads to the revitalization of empathy and involvement of both inner, inter and intra human relationships.

I think that there is a dire necessity to live as if there are no dire necessities.

Upping the Game is the last and most important tenet...the transcendent one. There is a difference between responding "to" the madness of primate status control, and "transcending" the madness in order to go about ones craft. If one fails to realize the tenet "Upping the Game" then one is asleep in the game and can never be master of it. Upping the Game is a matter of becoming lucid in the waking dream. Only then is there genuine choice beyond the unconscious programs that run us.

I would say you have a dire necessity for the air you breathe.
