The color, sound, smell, sacred geometry, the molecular architecture, the feeling, sensation, vibration and the temporal, transtemporal and karmic effects of emotion and accompanying thought...this is the fabric of our lives.

If fear produces a stronger reaction and imprint in our neurophysiology it stands to reason that if we are to change the quality of our experience away from fear and towards more positive emotions we need to cultivate the frequences of compassionate action (Alpha 8Hz) and awe (Theta 5Hz). These would promote the shamanic Heart's detoxification of past imprints and allow the "unlearning" necessary for growth and change. The higher will is then able to gain ascendancy from the overriding power of the reptilian survival programs. Ananda Bosman says the shamanic Heart is a strange attractor field that draws diversity into coherent order and reverses entropy. The 8Hz of the shamanic Heart gathers all frequencies into the Golden Spiral, cancels all chaos, unites opposites, allows sympathetic resonance with the Universal song and opens consciousness to axiomatic novelty. Love and awe are therefore the shamanic emotions that build a vehicle of ascension beyond reactivity and conditioning to worldly happenstance and give us the ability to substantiate our higher human qualities.

It seems that the pronoia mindset is a prerequisite for personal sovereignty. Pronoia: The persistent sense that the Universe and everyone in it are conspiring to shower us with blessings. It’s the only kind of Universe that’s worth cooperating with. Random acts of kindness need to give way to systematic benevolence, which can only be accomplished through sovereignty. The kind of benevolence required needs to have a detached quality, without lust for any result. Only then can we confound the Law of Unintended Consequences; the bastard child of Karma.

This isn’t rocket science; being generous and helpful is already rewarding, in most cases.  The required mechanism is already in-place. So it seems the big problem is the intervention of the alarm circuits. That’s why people often find they need to drop out of society to escape the showers of contagious cascading fear that run rampant in the average person. Then they often can get hold of themselves and stop letting others push their alarm buttons. The inner security that sovereignty brings puts control back in the hands of the brain’s owner, where it belongs.

Positive psychology, a sense of beneficent universe, sovereignty, Muse actualization, the mystic or visionary lifestyle, spiritual abundance and the higher realization of the soul...all this is gained through the development of our higher neurochemistry. The simple utilization of our potential. There are no limits to the actualization of our human potential within our lifetime but those we place on ourselves.

Cultural debriefing allows a detoxification of past imprints by bringing emotionally impactful events into a contemporary narrative, such that the story of ones life is told through a bemused nondual perspective. There is a calming and cohesive effect on the psyche from the intensive retelling of ones life story to an interested, engaged witness.

That dream I had with the words "cultural debriefing" must have been the precognition that William Broad would ask me all kinds of biographical stuff, whereas I thought we were going to cover more technical material. Apparently, among the hormonal effects of pregnancy, there’s one effect of turning off parts of the immune system so that the expecting mom’s immune system will not attack the resident ‘foreign’ body (i.e. the baby). There may be a clue here about how to disable the alarms temporarily in order to get anchored in the positive. This way a person can get used to (i.e. anchored in) positive states. This new state can them become the set-point (or status quo), making it harder to perturb, even after the alarms are reconnected.

One problem is that people get partially anchored in a positive state but they get quickly pushed back because the onslaught of the zeitgeist vibe which is anchored in paranoia and negativity. Like a chalk mark in a rainstorm, it’s easily washed away.

Looking at the Ananda Bosman videos, especially 22of22 we see that probably the fastest route beyond the Matrix is the sacramental use of entheogens coupled with a prior detoxification period, monatomics and reintegration or finding ones sea legs at a higher order of operation through exposure to modeling in higher consciousness and behavior.

There also needs to be a re-education of the nature of the archetypal and symbolic mind so that non-ordinary experience can be integrated...preventing the recycling of pathological moods, memories and memes. However these perturbational provocations of the deep psyche are relatively useless without soul-vocational training and general remineralization and rebuilding of the bodymind itself. Body, mind, soul and earth need to go to God together for genuine evolutionary advances to occur.

Besides doing water fasts to get onto fat-fueled consciousness as a means to bypass the glucose based consciousness in which all this past Matrix stuff is stored...the best rewiring tech...is the spinal shower...see Practice List. The Inner Arts on BOK. You might also try and get audited from the Scientologists as a method of cultural debriefing. Ibogaine and ayahuasca would also offer you deep restructuring necessary to off loading these imprints. Or simply taking Syrian rue (soma//harmaline) for a while in order to strength oneself from the damaging effects of primate status poisoning.

I don't particularly care what stories, myths, symbols etc...other people identify with...my work ever since I was five years old and I realized the myth of Santa...is to rationalize the universe right up to spirit and back. I can see how humans anthropologize anthropomorphize the universe in the same way that they used the movement of the sun and the progression of zodiac to concoct stories of Jesus (sun) and Mary (virgin-January). The messianic religions are a representation of the return of the sun from its 3 day stasis at the winter solstice. So yea Jesus returns every year. 

Today, especially with the new age there is a new bunch of such myths based on a prescientific understanding, wishful thinking and projection of the subtle layers of the psyche onto nature and cosmic forces including ETs and various channeled figures (temporal uploading a continuously fuller essence of what we are from the all). The messages are pretty much the same moral, reassuring or purgative messages that they ever were. If you are going to project your psyche or emotions onto a star system or heavenly body it pays to be able to see the thing in your hemisphere. The religions formed out of the social influence obtained by the astrologers through their power of prophesy in knowing the movements of the heavily bodies. Today our spiritual connection with the Gods of the sky is offered to us by NASA and the Hubble telescope. The function of the church is changing from awe and inspiration to that of cleanup crew for a dysfunctional society.

I don't think we can transcend the myth making mind without many years of radical kundalini awakening through which the story making becomes apparent. Even then the mind continues with its myths but we become lucid in the dream. We become more of a director of the movie, rather than an actor.

Astrotheology is a modern anthropological mythological science movement which is unpacking the psychology, mytho-history and religions of the past.

Model in development:

On a scale from psychopath to saint, the set point literally sets the tone for your life. A more-or-less linear scale with ideal endpoints: the saint who is fully open and pronoid and the psychopath who is fully closed and paranoid. I prefer the terms ‘open’ and ‘closed’ over the terms ‘higher’ and ‘lower’ but few would argue the psychopath is not a ‘low life’ character, at least compared to a saint. 

The set point is the place on this scale that we spend most of our time. It’s the groove where our consciousness settles when the received stimuli reach normal or background levels. For many it’s just a jump-off point that they avoid. Others won’t move from set-point unless all hell breaks loose. Not everyone is happy there, but they go there anyway. They don’t know where else to go. If they open more they will feel more vulnerable and if they close they will feel more isolated.

The zeitgeist meme, like all thoughtforms has a characteristic set-point associated with it. But the zeitgeist can be easily subverted, at least temporarily, that’s what renunciation is all about. Zeitgeist here is the dominant thoughtform that resides in a time and a place. In other words, it’s a relatively local phenomenon. I don’t think that there is any such thing as a global Zeitgeist, at least not yet. There’s perhaps a global average thoughtform, but that’s an unorganized, noisy and chaotic mass of frequencies.

Keep in mind 'saint' and 'psychopath' are relative terms defined by the consensus trance that is informed by the zeitgeist. If you're more open than the local setpoint dictates, you're saintly, and vice versa. There is no compelling reason for the person to see themselves in these terms. They're just labels that make sense only when things are viewed through the lens of the zeitgeist.

The ability to resonate at the saint-pronoid end of the spiritual scale rather than that of the psychopath-paranoid end involves transcendence and creative growth…that is evolution. This is so because the pyramid civilization IS literally "out to get you"...as the primary impulse is predation (competition)...and/or parasitism (codependency). So that means the pronoid-saint is meta-adjusted or radiating the Source "despite" the human condition and worldly observation not because of it. As we rise up the scale of being we stop resonating at the automatic, knee jerk levels of the society around us.

The psychopath-paranoid is reacting to reality at "face value" vibe for vibe, while the pronoid-saint is projecting spiritual qualities onto reality, because of a deep understanding of the broken and spiritually deprived state of the human race. The saint doesn't fall into sympathetic resonance with the lower end of the emotional scale due to a higher more refined and cosmically unified energetic state.

Apparently this emotional set point is largely achieved within the first 6 months of life. When you think about it, it is the crafting of the emotional-philosophical upliftedness which SHOULD be the principle objective of childhood nurturing and education. Information and skills are of secondary importance to the spiritual-emotional set-point and the methods necessary to maintain this at the higher end of the scale.

Good point. I think I’ve found a chink in the armor of the closure-meme. This meme consumes massive amounts of energy to maintain itself. Starve it for energy and it will fade. This is how the zeitgeist changes naturally. The next social transition is like that of moving from hunter-gathering societies into agricultural societies. The hunting and gathering of naturally occurring thoughtforms will eventually give way to conscious cultivation of designer thoughtforms.

What’s required is the psychic equivalent of Monsanto. Just kidding, but you get the idea…

Well yes...and that Self-will or original thought, is the sovereign or cosmic Self. This is why the pyramid and the messianic (patriarchal) religions are holding humanity back, for the broken infantile self within will try to gain energy, power and information through parasitic and predatory means...without ever considering that the ultimate jewel of existence lies within him or her Self. The competitive and dependent nature of human society thus far continues automatically to distract us from our Source for commercial, security and power objectives. These two modes are as different as night and day—the common mode is "acquisitive," while the transcendent mode is "radiative."

The transcendent viewpoint, practices and principles of “Self” building are not engaged in response or rebellion to the pyramidal status quo, but out of a deep understanding that there is a vast universe beyond our current human condition…and there is simply no reason why we cannot start tapping into the deepest currents of our being right now.

That's the weakness that'll prove fateful. When thoughtforms compete, everybody wins. Natural selection, random mutations, competition for resources,...thoughtforms behave like Darwinian lifeforms. Except in this case it's so far been more like "survival of the shitist" De-evolution and degeneration of the psyche as Sapolsky has documented. Progress at all cost. Even at the expense of stripping all the flavor from life.

Acquisitive is the blackhole side of existence...it is the mode of the separate self sense that maintains the armoring which prevents the Oneness and Unity by which we are fed. It is eternal hunger with no possibility of fulfillment or satiation.
The radiant side of the equation is already tied into Source and eternally radiating completeness, satisfaction, calm and ease.
To an extent this is the task before us at each moment. To succumb to distress and dis-ease or to consciously evolve our state and our perspective, and therefore our humanity and human experience.

No possibility, typically because they're not looking in the right place. The underlying need in a maslow sense has been ignored and another object is sought to satisfy the basic need. For example: overusing food or even gambling as a way to satisfy a lack of emotional fulfilment.

Yea substitute gratifications with pleasures lower on Maslow's triangle, thus rendering gross what was  potentially sublime. This sublimation to higher orders of divinity is the foundations of both "success" and living life as Art.

Yet until we understand the flow of energies and learn to conserve and uplift our state/stage we will be vulnerable to the overwhelming influences of our environment and other humans. Cultivating a lifestyle of "upliftment" within a degenerate culture is the challenge of the age. And though it might seem impossible at times, we have never before in the history of man been given such opportunity and resources to pull ourselves out of the cultural grave. Each moment we must be mindful of the needs of body, mind, soul and Gaia and attend to each with loving care, the best we can at the time.

Framed in terms of harmony:

The paranoid reaction is triggered by a latent (or blatant) inner-disharmony that is activated by some external stimulus. The pronoid response is a reflection of inner harmony. Once a person’s attitude is anchored in pronoia, the psyche moves quickly to harmonize with whatever stimulus arises.

There are those saints that can resonate with just about any vibe that comes their way. They trust that the Universe is sending the right stimulus. Inner-harmony has a certain type of potency. Disharmony is impotent. 

So how can we harmonize with a paranoid, self-absorbed and diseased culture of death? How can we engage a disharmonious culture and not lose our inner harmony?

It seems to me that a person in this case must harmonize with something bigger and more powerful than the culture, like for example the earth, the solar system or the Universe.  This is known as grounding.

Each individual composes the music of their own life. When we experience upset of one kind or another it’s usually because we are out of harmony with ourselves. When we experience difficulty in our relationships at work, at home or at play, for example, it’s most often because our music and the notes of our life are not on the same page.
Harmony is an alignment or congruence among four elements: what we say, what we think, what we feel and what we do. When there is harmony, alignment, and congruence between our thoughts, feelings, actions and words we experience an inner and outer sense of peace, called harmony.
Consider the following life areas and reflect on whether you feel in, or out of, harmony with each is the way you feel about, the way you think about, the way you act around (or about) and the way you speak about each of the following in alignment, congruent, harmonious?
Your finances Your career and livelihood Your relationships at work Your (love) partnership and intimacy Your personal environment and organization Your personal, professional and spiritual development Your health and wellness Your family and friends Your play and recreation
Are there disconnects in the way you think, feel, speak about or act with respect to any of these life areas? For example, do you feel one way or think one way about money and yet treat money, or relate to money, in a way that is counter to the way you think and feel? Is your behavior towards your co¬workers in sync with the way you talk about them to others, or think about them? And your relationship with your partner? Does harmony flow through your relationship? What’s your music like? Are the notes off? Do you experience harmony or disharmony?
Further, when we are not in harmony with others, it’s because we are not in harmony with ourselves. When one is in harmony with one’s self, one is often in harmony with others at work, at home and at play.
When we feel “out of sorts”, “foggy”, frustrated, lost or confused, it’s most often because we are experiencing a disequilibrium among our mind, body and spirit, or
head, heart and soul between what we are thinking, feeling, saying or doing.
The downside of this state of disequilibrium is that we often make unwise and unhealthy life, work, and relationship choices and decisions. In disharmony, we keep sending ourselves mixed messages and it’s no wonder we live in a state of confusion and self¬doubt. Think perhaps of some decisions you made recently that turned out to be self¬defeating or not so healthy. Consider, were you were in alignment in what you were thinking, feeling and saying as you made the decisions or did you experience a sense of internal conflict? Did you make that decision from a place of harmony? If not, where were you conflicted? And why? What wasn't working?

When one is in harmony with one’s self, when one’s thoughts, words, deeds and feelings are in sync, one has no need to look outside to blame, find fault, nit¬pick, criticize and judge harshly. When one is in harmony with one’s self, one can overlook the faults, the peccadillos, the imperfections and the “dings” in others.
When one is in harmony with one’s self, one sings, internally and externally, the notes of gentleness, mildness, respect, humility, modesty, tolerance and forgiveness. When one approaches life and living from a place of harmony, one experiences the qualities of true and real courage, strength, wisdom, will, confidence, motivation, self¬discipline, inner peace and love, compassion and what is known as “right knowing, “right action” and “right understanding” qualities that are not available when one is in a state of disharmony. Harmony supports one to act from a place of authenticity and integrity; there is no fakeness or phoniness, no self¬deception. Harmony allows us to be at peace within our own skin.
No one can compose your music
Each individual composes the music of their own life. The goal is to consciously hear and understand where there is discord. And then act to take steps to eliminate or reduce the discord in the melody of one’s life. What notes do you need to change or discard? The one way to achieve harmony is to begin with your values. What are your values? What’s really, really important to you? And, are you living your values?

In order to become sovereign...that is plugged into the cosmos rather then a man-made deity or collective ideology, we must simply encounter Being beyond the mind. To be in-formed by direct download so to speak. This is what happens during kundalini awakening or during entheogenic journeys when the armored personality is overridden by a consciousness that is far vaster....obliterating as it were the compulsive, miniscule rantings of the robot mind. As such we can call the normal operating ego a bot or hominoid...human robot.
