Ok, at last we have human origins starting to make sense with a diffuse geographical evolution of primate species each evolving locally from a widespread ancestor on the supercontinent of Pangea about 185 million years ago. The interview with David Wolfe and Dr. Casson was pretty goofy imo.  For me, it did not deliver the secrets of life, or live up to the dramatic music and the lead up..... Sometimes all this marketing makes good products and information seem utterly ridiculous.

  yep poor David has a case of inflation, but he is cute with it. You gotta give him credit for sublime manifestation of his own universal bubble though. He does make you laugh...that is what is addicting about David, he doesn't do things by half. "Low Oxygen, Candida, Low Serotonin" is a complex interrelationship which points to sedentary families with high carb intake as being the breeding ground for the systemic depression that perpetuates the sedentary-high carb lifestyle.

Serotonin is found in the brain, blood platelets', and cells of the gastrointestinal tract. The gut has 100 million neurons and approximately 80 percent of the human body's total serotonin, which is responsible for peristalsis is manufactured by the epithelial cells that line the gut. Since most of the serotonin is produced and absorbed in the gut this implies that any gut damage reduces serotonin function. The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) antidepressants were found to also inhibit candida fungi, perhaps because serotonin also works as a signaling molecule between certain immune cells such as dendritic cells and T cells. Dendritic nerve cells can pick up serotonin at sites of inflammation and then pass it to T cells, which influences their growth and division into new cells. There is also evidence of disordered serotonin production among people with IBS which is symptom of chronic candida. In fact many of the symptoms of candidiasis such as anxiety, frustration, depression, fuzzy thinking are the same as low serotonin. Intake of oxygen increases during a good workout, which is helpful for increasing serotonin levels and improving the quality of sleep. It is interesting that breathing pure oxygen elevates serotonin levels ten fold in rats. Exercise also helps raise serotonin by increasing your intake of oxygen, which is critical to the formation of serotonin from amino acids.  Serotonin regulates sleep, heart rate and breathing. The brainstems of babies who died from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), show 26 percent lower serotonin levels. Serotonin acts as an alarm system, waking up a baby when breathing is disrupted. Babies with low serotonin levels may be unaware that they are not breathing enough oxygen, causing them to die in their sleep. The insufficient serotonin was attributed to 22 percent lower levels of the enzyme tryptophan hydroxylase, which is needed to make the serotonin.

Anyway the question remains, do we unplug from media and go live in the wops to feel positive about the human race, or do we expose ourselves and become ever more hardened by the intrigue and disgusting behavior? I think as long as we are doing our bit to bring on a "more evolved society" this helps fortify the soul against the horribleness of our baboon nature.
I am sure we are being made soul sick by all this...there are signs of progress, but the main push of culture is off the cliff.
How can we use the current zeitgeist to reach greater heights of presence, love and goodness...instead of being revolted and disappointed by the political soap.

...we cannot ethically drink the water of collective madness...for then there is no hope, and we cannot live with ourselves, knowing we have lied to our deeper nature. We must raise our perspective out of the sea of collective unconscious...working to overcome the fascist machine, while not directly confronting the fear-mode in others. Getting depressed or angry about it is also unproductive. The best mode of action that I can devise is to work out the Reichian kinks in our own armor, come more alive, raise our level to the lived visionary and give our highest art to the world.

If we have been taught to hate and exploit ourselves within the master-slave hierarchal dynamic then we cannot live our true lives until we become the shamanic, cosmic Self. In the beginning stages of moving from the broken human to the whole human we may have to steer clear of those who still exhibit the fear, paranoia, defeat and neediness of those who have not yet discovered their core being.

In order to maintain the status-power of our regal sovereignty, we generally have to avoid people who don't love themselves. Love radiates through the Self-loving. Those who fail to love themselves cannot see or love us...they can only exploit, undermine or try to get on top. To know our Self is to love our Self! Self-love is the foundations of the egalitarian, visionary, mystic civilization. Self-love involves the cathartic transcendence of our lower animal natures through a powerful leap of faith born of vision. As we reparent ourselves we bring forth the new humanity and the new world. For starters we need to start a visionary art movement that envisions the highest possible future, filled with beauty, meaning and purpose.
