Hi Daniel, don't know where you are hanging out...but my realization is that focus on "spirituality" itself is egoic indulgence...group inflation breeds shadow.
Better to focus on one of the ologies in hands on projects in the real world thereby having to exercise/grow ones own spiritual self. There is much to be done, that can bring genuine satisfaction of task completion.

isn't the "shadow" the come from the ego? the ego literally blocking out the light of the Source, Self, whatever you want to call it.... the more transparent (and less to "hang on to") the ego the lighter (figuratively and literally) the shadow.  some thinkers think that bigger transformation requires a bigger ego but to me that is just a trap of the ego.  if you're conscious try NOT TO transform, it can't be done.

It seems like some kind of Grand Unified Theory that includes consciousness is emerging from Hyperspatial Geometrics. Consider, that if the species and civilization is not doing the work of rooting out the dragons within our subconscious...then we stay in the bandwidth of the false personality, while dark forces undermine our lives and health. This is essentially what is occurring in this chemical-industrial culture, where the imperfect distribution of life-serving information is creating a human that is atomically falling apart...and therefore the humanizing principle is unsupported.

Yesterday I talked to my first surveyor on the phone because he launched right into his question without any intro and I was captured by his quiet, weird scientology-like voice. He was  doing a survey on the downfall of the white population in the US regarding health and fitness. He was trying to get a "yes" answer out of me...that the American male...becoming soft, feminine, pudgy dough boys  is encouraging interbreeding with stronger darkskinned foreign types and that the white populations will be overrun by other races by breeding and war...obesity allowing an invasion of the US even.

I gave him an ear full for half an hour the big picture of ice ages, soil, rawfood, the corporatization of the corporal body etc... etc... etc...

If one is doing sovereignty work...then with the sovereignty love/freedom focus it is easier to see and work through patterns in relationship and limiting patterns in general.

The turning point towards the light requires a single thought, but then we must sustain, nourish and expand that single positive thought in to a garden, landscape, city and nation of positive thoughts.

The ultimate pain is to live a life that is not authentically ones own. Being composed of mere patterns of compliance, rebellion and self preservation is not the authentic Self, it is the husk or the antithesis of the genuine expression of our spirit. Thus we see that the entire culture needs to sacralized and focused on the creation of the genuine human, for the true human cannot be born into a false culture. If we live in a society that does not foster humanization, then we live out a false life and miss the human experience almost entirely.

Self-abandonment involves a hesitancy, retreat or a suspension of life which is cause and effect of a lack of rich development in the prefrontal lobes. The anterior cingulate cortex around the corpus callosum is closely linked to the prefrontal cortex and is involved in emotional regulation around the perception of certainty/uncertainty. Thus we begin to get a picture of the sense of dehumanization and loss of self we see today in our stressful, disconnected world...in that the chemical lobotomy caused by ongoing chronic and acute status and survival stress creates a primary schism between the brain hemispheres. Thus emotions and intuition become divorced from thinking and planning. Consequently we are tending to act discombombulated like a split brain patient, with neither our adaptive left-brain functions nor our feeling right-brain nature being effective...for they both need each other operating in harmony to generate the "whole" human.  This you could say is one small biochemical pointer to the validity of Alvin Toffler's idea of Future Shock.

The type of self love exhibited by the sovereign is “spiritual Self-esteem.” This is achieved when the prefrontal lobes have been nurtured into a beneficent, wise ruling force and inner divisiveness and conflict are overcome by incorporating the full-spectrum human. Instead of compulsion and repression, the orchestrator of whole brain function operates through what might be called meta-regulation…or harmonious balance of the parts into a cohesive and synergistic whole. The type of self-esteem and surety exhibited by the sovereign involves acceptance of oneself as force of nature and intuition of oneself as one with Gaia, whereby our love for the world is indivisible from the love for ourself. This of course generates a mutually reinforcing feedback loop of success in relationship with our world. Plus it implies that the Golden Rule is extended to all living and non living things as a universal moral code. Notions of sacred leadership arise directly from the knowledge that we as individuals and as societies need to be fully ignited and using all of our human neurological capacities and when this is not happening the humanizing systems and the human itself becomes broken.

Once we begin to see the true nature of how societies create the brains that create the societies, we see it as our moral duty to wake up beyond the cultural norm and to love ourselves out of the pathological stress-feedback loop that manifests the Borg generation after generation. It becomes beholden on us to rise beyond top dog/bottom dog dynamics and to come into whole personhood so that this cycle of dehumanization can be turned around to that of the escalation of humanization.
