If we fail to develop our prefrontal cortex through meditation and other practices we are prone to stress, and it is this ongoing individual, intergenerational and cultural stress that creates the dissonance, entropy and chaos which prevents the establishment of the higher human and thus perpetuates the collective Borg condition. The Borg condition is largely a prefrontal lobe deficiency syndrome...where the "human" faculties haven't yet been fully switched on and mere cultural programs are running on the old hardware. Satori, breakthroughs about ultimate truths or eureka-type illumination of the brain is required for change or evolution. The ability of animals and humans to infer and apply new rules in order to maximize reward relies critically on the frontal lobes, the neuron ensembles did not change gradually but instead exhibited a rather abrupt transition to a new pattern that corresponded directly to the shift in behavior, as if the network had experienced an "a-ha" moment. The PFC plays the lead role in the creation of insights by integrating the two halves of the brain—effectively balancing the left brain’s analytical and denotative capabilities with the right brain’s intuitive, connotative, and emotional capabilities.

The sovereign heart fills the temple of space with the preces sound, a song of prayer, such that the sovereign personality is rung through with the tone of the heart...a sound bridge of love. This primordial rhythm is the eternal bell...the Nada Brahma, sound of the Universe. The song of the Muse draws us towards the omega point...the highest cosmic consciousness, an expression of the harmonious rhythm of mathematical ideal and the feltsense of perfect bliss. The sovereign heart is invincible as it is mutually phase locked and entrained to the ultimate conductor of the one music permeating and creating the Universe. Attuned thus from germ to fruition along the primal path of the Tao, the Silence offers the ultimate protection from chacophony, disintegration and the second law of thermodynamics. I don't know what wiring it takes to see the Borg picture so that sovereignty becomes a must have lifepath.
Perhaps all it takes is some prior acquaintance with the idea that we live in sleep. Me it took walking right on past The One to realize that I wasn't even my Self. Somehow my psyche knew men and writing don't mix...so I had to choose for the planets sake.
I got that massive tremulous fibullation going...where I cover all the bases and pow...spindle cells show up...when I could very well have missed the one thing that ties this entire ooglesburg together.
Even just a week ago I was intimidated by the Borg thinking that I had to hide the fact that i was an undercover agent  working on exposing the human condition...now, it is all so freaking glorious I don't care if I am burned at the stake...I am in awe.

The command of the Delphic oracle to “Know Thyself," and the virtue of the examined life recurs in Gurdjieff's teaching as the practice of “self-observation,” or what we might call “metaconsciousness.” That is the development of the all seeing, objective, governing principle. Deborging or what Gurdjieff called “working on oneself,” is not as difficult as deciding, desiring and formulating the intent to work on oneself. Sovereignty is the voluntary act of taking charge of ones own life through understanding that the outer is a reflection of the inner, and then having the humility and fortitude to set about changing the conditions for consciousness inside us. Setting the man in right relation to the Universe. Such responsibility is the only real freedom there is…freedom from our own propensity to live in a waking sleep.

Gurdjieff asserted that we can’t perceive reality in our current state of unconsciousness, but we instead live in a hypnotic state of "waking sleep." A delusion of separation and alienation that promotes disharmony…when it is “harmony” that is the goal of the Universe. Gurdjieff saw that people in their typical state function as unconscious automatons, susceptible to be controlled by outside forces and thus capable of otherwise unthinkable acts of mass psychosis like war or ecocide. Gurdjieff felt that our natural human endowment is rarely brought to fruition, but that we can "wake up" and become a different sort of human being altogether through inner growth. This developmental awakening requires conscious effort to effect transformation. Gurdjieff felt that the traditional methods of self-knowledge—those of the fakir (intellect), monk (emotion), and yogi (body) were inadequate for fully waking up. And so he proposed a comprehensive “Fourth Way,” of simultaneously working with the body, mind, and emotions to promote an integrated, balanced, fully human being.

Last night I had the bee elixir dream again...a group of guys are after something produced by bees. I think it is a component in Royal Jelly, for it is Royal Jelly that turns a 'worker bee' into the Queen. Since I am working on the structures between the hemispheres and the superhighway of spindle cells that interconnect the functionally dispersed gradiental neocortex...I think that this elixir from the bees acts as a neuron regenerator and protective agent for the spindle cells. If this is so, we have a means of repairing truncated, inferior growth of the emotional-integrator wiring from situations in which the first 0-3 years of life didn't provide adequate primal nurturing or loving reinforcement for ample, strong, healthy spindle cell development. What this means is that if we can rebuild the spindle network...the super-connecting tree of the brain...we can reestablish higher emotional bonding and social response behaviors in people who have been "broken" in the first few years of life. The repercussions to managing, repairing and reversing delinquency, crime, mental illness and the general breakdown of society are huge. Basically we are talking about the restructuring of the human brain in order to permit the establishment of higher, spiritual or essential forms of social engagement...and repairing the bonds of civilization itself...the glue that keeps humanity healthy, evolutionary and increasingly awake. Perhaps this elixir produced by the bees is what maintains their social organization...and that the production of it is now being degraded, leading to colony collapse. We are talking about something so ephemeral and essential to life...that it could be considered the molecule of Eros...that which holds life together in cooperative cohesion. The chemical of evolution itself.

The bee elixir in my dream is probably only a metaphor...but it is a very rich one...allowing us to see the entire picture of matter, mind, brain, society, experience and evolutionary Eros in one.

There are other things that promote neurogenesis as well as 10-HDA. But at the moment my dream/focus was on the 10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA) from Royal Jelly as a principle facilitator of the new growth in axons on the spindle cell network of the brain...as a means of generating (for the first time) the whole human. That is the human aligned and e-motivated from Cosmos rather than cult-ure. In establishing sovereignty we are attempting to build the human organism up from the state that culture has made it to date. Consider that our body matter contains the energy and consciousness of conditions from a more "unconscious" past...and we are growing so fast now, that we need to find efficient means of contemporizing the bodymind and releasing it from past modes, states and vibrations. As well as the elixir of sovereignty we need to establish a daily sovereignty practice, mindfulness opened by sovereignty philosophy and psychology and to establish a lifestyle that feeds the vital organism, heightens the muse, establishes right livelihood and regenerates the "mother" earth.

Spindle Cells— The spindle cells, otherwise known as Von Economo cells after their discoverer Constantin von Economo (1876-1931), are large bipolar-shaped neurons located in layer 5 of the anterior cingulate cortex, where they relay signals from the anterior cingulate cortex to other parts of the brain. There are more spindle cells in the right hemisphere’s cingulate cortex. They are 30% more abundant in the right hemisphere, which goes in line with the experience of the right brain being more “in touch” with our emotions. All primates examined had more spindle cells in the frontoinsula of the right hemisphere than in the left, adult humans had 82,855 such cells, but chimpanzees only had a mere 1,808.

Spindle cells represent a recent development in hominoid evolution, found only in humans and the great apes, but they are also found in whales and African and Asian elephants. Spindle cells occur in parts of the human brain that are thought to be responsible for our social organization, empathy, speech, intuition about the feelings of others, and rapid "gut" reactions. As with humans, the spindle cells were found in whales in the anterior cingulate cortex and frontoinsular cortex - two brain regions vital for "visceral" reactions require fast but emotionally-sensitive judgment, that is empathy and social insight. Spindle neurons are implicated in many cognitive conditions ranging from savant abilities and perfect pitch to dyslexia and autism.

Unlike the rest of our neurons, which are generally short and bushy, spindle brain cells are long and gangly. Spindle cells, named after their long, spindle-shaped bodies, with axons exiting at a right angle from the cell body. They are characterized by an apicial dendrite extending towards the cortical surface and a basal dendrite extending towards the white matter. There are around eighty thousand spindle cells throughout the brain. These specialized brain cells that are involved in processing emotions and helping us interact socially, thus are credited with allowing us to feel love and suffering. Spindle cells function as high-speed connections to fast-track information to and from various parts of the cortex, bypassing unnecessary connections, and enabling us to instantly process and act on emotional cues during complex social interactions. After the cortex receives an emotional input, spindle cells transmit electrical signals faster than any other neuron convey social emotions across the cortex, saturating the brain in a particular feeling. The spindle cells of the anterior cingulate cortex may control thought processes by creating a zeitgeist of specific feeling—a context in which thought takes place. This ubiquitous emotional affect is motivational in that it reveals discrepancies between desired states and the current state, thus stimulating changes in behavior that will improve the individual's conditions. Thereby emotionally aligning the individual’s behavior with their goals (wants) and intentions (will).

The spindle cells may have a role in all of the slowly maturing, self-regulating functions of the anterior cingulate cortex. The ACC is activated by difficult moral dilemmas, funny jokes and moments of self-control. Spindle cells are concentrated in an area of the orbitofrontal cortex that is exquisitely sensitive to the emotional reactions of others. John Allman thinks that the Von Economo neurons are part of the circuitry responsible for rapid intuitive choice in complex social situations, and the mechanisms of economic and social decision-making, strategic thinking, cost-benefit analyses, error recognition and focused problem solving. The recent evolutionary changes in the frontal polar cortex (Brodmann's area 10) and anterior cingulate cortex reveal the neural developmental drivers of economic and social decision-making—reflecting how the complexity of culture itself molds the evolution of the human brain, which in turn molds the culture.

In evolutionary morphology spindle cells are thought to occur in unusually large brains that require the extra circuitry to handle increasingly complex social interactions. Whales probably evolved them as long as 30 million years ago, while spindle cells probably originated in the common ancestor of humans and great apes about 10–15 million years ago. Humans have about a thousand times more spindle cells than the other primates— chimpanzees have more than gorillas, which have more than orang-utans. Spindle cells begin to form in the infant around the age of four months, but they don't start to work until the second year of life, when our self-focused social emotions—like pride, shame, self-reproach, anger and guilt-—also begin to appear, reflecting changes in our sense of social standing and consequent feelings of self-worth or social solidarity. Freud proposed that shame is the main inhibiting emotion that leads to repression, therefore giving it a central role in the development and maintenance of all mental illness. In shame we are essentially self-lobotomizing using the same neurological phenomena as rejection, to numb ourselves out from feeling inner disharmony and self-reproach.

In 1999, neuroscientist John Allman at CIT, first published a report on spindle neurons found in the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) of hominids focusing on their role as “air traffic controllers” for emotions. Allman's team reports that spindle neurons help channel neural signals from deep within the cortex to relatively distant parts of the brain. In humans, intense emotion activates the anterior cingulate cortex, as it relays neural signals transmitted from the amygdala to the frontal cortex, perhaps by functioning as a sort of lens to focus the complex texture of neural signal interference patterns. The spindle cells of the anterior cingulate cortex may be the closest thing we have to an actual physical “vibe lens” or attitudinal tuning fork through which we perceive our worldview.

Leading up to my big sovereignty elixir eureka over using Royal jelly to generate lush spindle cell integration of the emotional highway of the brain...for over a week prior to the gnosis I was getting the swishing pulse wave in the brain day and night...it feels like the whoosh of the heart and high blood pressure in the brain, but it is a standing wave in the spindle cells I think, which pulse perhaps in Alpha frequency in a periodacy similar to the heartbeat but is not the heartbeat itself.

This is perhaps serotonin derived and is part of the kundalini set of symptoms that occurs at various times of the year, around the equinoxes. I think it is a serotonin derived Alpha frequency because there is a sense of sleepiness and depth-consciousness, in the left hemisphere especially (normally this is the dopamine driven hemisphere). When I get the whooshing it is a little annoying, but I put up with it gladly, as I know that some big eureka is on its way from the Void, Sophia, Mother Matrix.

Normalization is the first step to optimization...and we have to admit we do not know what our ultimate potential holds for us. The Borg condition has us stuck in a particular narrow narrative, not yet able to see another point of view. But we can set out on a path of optimization to recover our noble humanity. Through plant substances that rectify our serotonin chemistry and heal the enteric brain to tie us back into the 8 Hz of the Global Brain; Royal jelly to flesh out our spindle cell emotional intelligence; chlorophyll to repair our quantum biology; exercises and practices to build up our prefrontal lobes, corpus callosum and Uraeus; plus compassionate action and following our heart stings to heal our Solar Heart.

The pure Royal Jelly arrived...it comes in a plastic jar and packed in two plastic bags inside. I thought of putting it in another container for ease of daily access, but in fact it is better kept in the bags so that air can be swished out each time. The taste is not pleasant, it is a little strong, but not offensive...no words to describe it really...tart and wakeful. The way it is packaged and the value of the thing, plus the fact that it is not pleasant...makes me recommend that people get their own supply individually from Stakich etc... for the more faint of heart may prefer theirs to be mixed with honey and propolis, pollen etc...
