Besides strengthening ones own sovereign core to prevent ones love-consciousness from being damaged by collective negativity and sickness, we must actively engage social shadow to help others along in their process. Direct confrontation, accusation, or punitive responses will not work…neither will blatant honesty and expression of ones angst. Rather a gradual campaign of subtle clarification is in order to describe who one is and the operating level one is at…but this must be done with creativity, stealth, style and magic…all the while building up ones own executive capacities, to ensure that one doesn’t take the self-destructive, self-diminutive, defensive or submissive stance. For any reduction in ones own cosmic connection not only brings down the All, but does those of a lower order of sovereignty no service…for they cannot find their own power through you, if you yourself drop the ball. Psychosocial progress is a stage penetration affair whereby love is a fearless ravaging stargate that sucks up shadow. In time, many millions will know these things and so much more. But we cannot grow at all as a species if sovereignty is not cultivated as the primary principle of human existence…for the elements of our baboon nature will continue to tear down any spiritual complexity we may foster if we let it run rampant in the social playground…without curbing it with the ultimate in sophisticated understanding and Fair Witness objectivity. Self-love and self-compassion to oneself as All others…this is the ocean in which all is washed clean.

Can't give Ken anything, don't even dream of him anymore, my pleasure is leaving him alone.

Still I realize the cosmic humor in this, that the Universal Man precog of 16 years old was connected to him, and he has a mitochondrial problem (thru no fault of his own), and my panultimate realization about transcending the present Borg level of society is that the mitochondria need to have their oxy phos ATP generation reinstated in order to halt the decline and decrepitude of the human species (and earth). And for the individual trying to evolve beyond the entropy of the culture itself...repairing the electron transport chain, pH, ion differentials etc... at the cellular level is important not only to preserve one's DNA, health and energy levels, but it is essential for plugging oneself back into the Cosmos itself...beyond the accumulated craziness of the entire hominid line. In this sense through the hyper rational appraisal of Truth, we can become a perfect fruit on a diseased tree. This in itself is the miracle of conscious, conscious awareness that will turn the human experiment back from the brink.

Which without Ken, I couldn't have arrived at, even if I did have to give up my Steve and baby boy Thete the enlightened one.


The fallen/schismed Borg IS the lack of Real or fully conscious processes of consciousness such as insight, communion, gnosis and cosmic connection. So you can emerge out of the problems of the Borg through heart-based, whole-thought processing and communication. But because the Borg is built on ignorance, denial, avoidance, numbness and resistance...dealing with the inner/outer Borg is not a directly linear process, and it requires vast patience, understanding and skill in transversing. Directed consciousness (to/from Source) is like trimming the sails and steering the rudder. Awareness...gnosis, intuition etc...are apriori, once thinking gets out of the way. But remember consciousness, will power and the animation of our being are driven by the energy molecule ATP.

To actually engage truth one would need to stop the metabolic dysfunction at the bottom of Borg consciousness...and then deal with the repercussions of being "beyond" the Matrix. Merely stopping with sovereignty realizations themselves, without fasting and trans-Borg lifestyle change won't cut it. For we would be painfully stuck between worlds. We can only do so much within our lifetime, but in order to get out of our own way of ascension we have to get our priorities right. For all the nondual philosophy, meditation, charity, community building or sovereignty practice in the world will mean very little if we fail to clean up our Metabolic X Syndrome and get our mitochondria functioning at optimal ATP level. For then we have the clarity, strength and sustainability to rise beyond the sludge of the cultural tide and generate a sovereign life and contribution that really will make a difference.

Woow, I have worked out the bulk of the Borg biochemistry...it has to do with cardiolipin a fatty acid in the inner membrane of the mitochondria...insufficiency of which leads to reduced ATP, the degenerative diseases, the mental-emotional-social decline of the species and Borg consciousness...complexity and depth are reduced due to the energy slump...even as culture itself slowly evolves. Humanization thus props up the metabolic-spiritual decline of the species, even as it is falling apart at the power generating source...and ultimately dehumanizing. Borg thought is left-brain/hind-brain, linear and subrational due to being disconnected and compartmentalized, plus divorced from universal morality and the Good, True and Beautiful. It is the squewed rationality of the pirate, cheat, exploiter, conqueror and thief.

In exploring Borg Metabolic X Syndrome I went looking for why there is a decline of oxy phos ATP generation and consequent reliance on aerobic and anaerobic glycolysis to generate ATP. When fats are heated, hydrogented, made into transfats or when omega 6 from cereals is eaten in excess of omega 3 this destroys the structure and function of the cell membranes and mitochondrial membranes. This in combination with the free radicals from chronic stress, industrial food, toxins, pollution leads to systemic cellular inflammation, insulin resistance and the breakdown of the mechanisms for getting both glucose into the cell and pyruvate into the mitochondria. When cell voltage falls as a consequence of reduced ATP production this throws of all active ATP dependent transport, uptake receptors, membrane potential, function of ion gates (channels), pH differentials, nutrition and detoxification of the cell and reduces the energy needed for cell maintenance and repair. As the cell loses its metabolic intelligence the organism experiences an associated loss of consciousness and sentience, falls out of bliss connection with Gaia and descends into ever deeper deprivation states. Besides all the other factors in biological systems decline that leads to the degenerative Borg condition, we can focus on the decreased quantity of Cardiolipin fatty acid (L4CL) composition of the diet as being instrumental to the loss of pyruvate uptake into the mitochondria.

Borg Metabolic X syndrome comprises of demineralization, HPA-hyperactivation, burnt adrenals, reduced thyroid, increased insulin resistance and collapsed mitochondria energy generation that form the basis to the spiritual castration of populations into the uncreative slave populations (sleep of sheep). It doesn’t take much imagination to see how the reduction in cellular energy production and the consequent loss of consciousness and will to live allows human predators and parasites to run riot over the globe. The psychopathic control grid uses Nazi techniques to dehumanize populations into the slave machine community. Once the system has been set up over multiple generations via Nazi techniques (a lot of which were developed in WWII) then you have to exit or transcend the group mind of the culture in order to reclaim your humanity, save your soul, your bloodline and anything of true value in human life.

I found the secret to how hypothyroidism and low thyroxin levels ties into lower cellular respiration and the flip over to glycolysis associated with cancer, heart disease, diabetes, neuropathy and aging. The lower activity of the pyruvate carrier in mitochondria from aging and hypothyroidism may be ascribed to changes in the lipid domain surrounding the carrier molecule in the mitochondrial membrane. And how reinstating our “normal” mitochondrial levels of Cardiolipin fatty acid will increase our oxy phos ATP production, increase cell voltage and reestablish the high energy generation necessary for health and sovereignty, plus reinstate the healthy apoptosis necessary to avoid cancer.

Of all the omega 3 sources the synergistic effects of Ratfish oil may be the fastest route to reestablishing mitochondria energy production through the normalization of Ca2+ concentrations, building of cardiolipin concentrations in the mitochondrial membrane, and as a powerful antioxidant to prevent disruption of the electron transport chain. Fish oil increases mitochondrial phospholipid unsaturation of cardiolipin, resulting in an increase in ROS and initiating apoptotic cascade of programmed cell death that helps prevent cells with damaged DNA from proliferating out of control. Thus we see the chronically fatigued, diseased and low conscious state of the Borg is very much a culturally instigated phenomena…with or without our knowledge of the fact.
