I gathered as much when I heard that they held water back all winter supposedly due to conserving water for fishing during the summer, but really the floods were engineered to flush the farmers off their land. We are talking about big corporate Coup d'état! The aim is to industrialize agriculture (monsanitationize) as fast as possible to lower the food quality in order to get the majority of the population hooked on the disease/drug industries...destroy DNA and breeding and lower the population via consumption within 20-30 years.

The policies and practices of the army corps of engineers are responsible for the flooding and therefore the federal government is legally liable for much of the damaged caused. Even if they don't get sued this time - if it ever happens again, people will have FEMA insurance by then if they don't already.

What fool wouldn't buy this insurance now that this has happened to them once?

That's why the Federal Govt. wants to buy the land - because it's cheaper and easier than preventing the flooding from ever happening again. And they have no other way to prevent people from building millions of dollars worth of assets in these floodplains - which they must insure by law. That's a big uncontrolled liability that they want to get out of their hair. It's just prudent business sense.

I don't buy the conspiracy rap - it's all just prudent economics...I think.

a guy i work with used to run the St. Charles, Mo.  water dept. (on the Mississippi) in the pre 911 days and even back then the Corp. of Engineers (Federal) always kept the water levels high on the Mississippi and upstream rivers in order for the barge traffic, allowing the corporations to make more money. so the current flooding is intentional, the reasons have probably changed since the "coup" and now that Homeland security is involved.

I know we have the best linguists and symbolists in the world working on this but I have found no better word for describing the one world military-industrial-complex than the Blob!


We have learnt from Bruce Lipton and others that cell membranes are the crystalline semi-conducting brains of the cells that are the interface of communication flows between the inner and outer worlds. It is general knowledge that the human brain is composed of more than 60% structural fat and 50% of that is DHA Omega-3 fatty acid, so it is the most important fatty acid in the human brain. But what we didn’t know was the importance of the role of DHA in the composition of the cardiolipin inner membrane to the mitochondria.

In delving into the distress and degeneration of the human species, I came to the conclusion that the decline of humanity into masses of relatively uncreative automatons pushed around my a few tyrannical masters and the collapse of the humanization process itself to be caused by the disruption of energy generation in the cell’s mitochondrial power centers. It is apparent that this dysmetabolism arose due to lifestyle and diet changes from the Paleolithic period to the Neolithic age, which ultimately lead to the loss of wholebrain function and expedited our decline into the current exploitation/deprivation mode. That is, the metabolic fatigue at the heart of our lack of individuation and sovereignty can be largely attributed to the drop in cellular energy as the fatty acid composition of the mitochondrial inner membrane was changed due to the increase in omega 6 from cereal consumption of the agrarian diet at the expense of omega 3 rich hunter-gatherer diet.

We can begin to right this energy decline by reducing cereals in our diet and avoiding omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are found in most types of vegetable oil (soybean, corn, safflower, canola etc…), while increasing the consumption of fish, fish oils and other omega-3 sources. By reconstituting the phospholipids foundations to the pyruvate transports in the mitochondrial membranes we can fire up the pure burning energy of oxy phos ATP. This along with taking cinnamon for overcoming insulin resistance and turmeric for inflammation throughout the day will stop us becoming a walking Petri dish for disease. Rectifying the cultural impact on our mitochondria will provide adequate energy for all active, flows, exchanges and movements and promote maximum metabolic efficiency. Essentially allowing us to biopsychically throw off 10,000 years of entrenched patriarchal rule by the sword. Speaking of cereal killer.

Interesting don't you think that the Paleolithic conserved the meme-brains of the mitochondria (which only carries female DNA), but when agriculture began largely undertaken by females, then this lead to an alteration of our chemistry and brain function that ultimately lead to the subjugation of women, children, the weak, and the rape of Nature, the earth and the Goddess.

Over thousands of years we have made our meme-brains numb and dumb to the point where we wittingly harm ourselves without fear of the consequences. What was capable of the most supersensory reception of our EMF environment to the point of global scale telepathy, is now reduced to the mere knee jerk recognition of our 3D world. We are only as smart as our meme-brains are optimized as transmitters and receivers of the inner/outer continuum. By building perfected meme-brains we become transparent to God. The fact is our DNA can only respond to information arriving at the nucleus through the cell meme-brain, so quality membranes results in quality information transfer and consequently quality derepression and expression of DNA and RNA synthesis. Regeneration really is a process of re-generation once there is an improvement in communication, resources, environment and energy levels.

The reversion to less than human/humane social systems and behaviors has been greatly prolonged through the loss of physical, mental, spiritual strength associated with demineralization, cooked food, and cereal disruption of our mitochondrial function. Such that we have built a civilization that feeds on its own decomposition like a cancer. Knowing this, it is just a matter of education and the willingness to truly live to turn the Homo sapiens species back to divine communion and the laws of life. If we followed the laws of life then we wouldn't need to invest ourselves so fervently in disease. With smarts there is no need for the angel to be broken in order to fix it. It is time for us to invest in super-humanism and drop our addiction to disease...this is the path of greatest compassion. Once we work out the cultural processes that produce disease, we can learn to truly come alive.

As each of us unleashes our full cellular energy we can overcome the sadomasicistic patterns of dominance and submission that are holding the species back in a primitive, disempowered state and generating disease on all levels. With ideal ATP production to power our genius and enterprise we can begin to redeem our species karma, regenerate the earth and do the right-thing under universal law. We can even begin to know the true meaning of fun! Once full energy generation is achieved we can live a life of unity with Source, whereby all that is false and destructive falls away allowing the epigenetic de-repression of our humanity to begin.

Neil Kramer really has done a lot of the sovereignty thinking for us...especially useful is the idea of not making an effort to wake up the sleepers. For 20 years now the Course of Miracles has installed in us the idea that everyone wakes up in their own time. But the desire for awake community and ideological communion is soooo fierce and essential to the evolution of our hearts and minds, that we want encounters with our daily brethren to be conveying a similar level of expansion and light. We have reached a point now where communal evolution is a biological necessity, and yet the discombobulation, misinformation and Tower of Babel has never been so acute. We are presented with the challenge of being ever more effective, enterprising and assertive at finding those brothers and sisters that speak the same language. Building the New Brain and the Resurrection of the Human

Borg humans are non-creative as they are followers, while both Tribal (preindustrial) and post Borg humans are creative. While tribal people are collectivist and traditionally creative, post Borgers or sovereigns are individually creative through hooking up to the cosmic connection at a higher differentiated level than what tribes would allow. You can't be a stickler for convention and super creative...it is a developmental difference associated with social norms, expectations and memes. In Spiral Dynamics you don't really start rising out of the collectivist mind until you get beyond Green and into Yellow. Then we become filled with the awe of possibility and fascination with everything including the layering of reality itself.

As Neil Kramer said “true creativity is non-commercial,” and so it is rather hard to be Muse directed in a society that commodifies everything including and especially sex and love. Eros, thus is caged within the economics of power/status/energy when incarcerated inside a power-over, security obsessed society. And since Eros, the Muse, Geni or the Daemon (ie: our cosmic connection and e-motivation) IS the source of everything HUman and creative, the industrial-focused culture is largely “consumptive” and non-creative in the higher sense of the word. True creativity arrives heralded by celestial music and rewarded by the bliss of apotheosis…and it is this talent of being One With God that is translated in all great works of genius. Our talent and perfection is not ours persay, it comes through us as a conduit of the intelligence of the Universe…all of creation pouring forth through one fully opened individual. And when we create a culture in which all individuals are freed creatively in such a manner, then we will no longer be weighted down by the vast industry of human wastage and HUman interruptus.

We must attain conditions for collective apotheosis, and reestablish each individual’s cosmic umbilical in order to creatively build the new world. Apotheosis IS the bliss and awe of cosmic reunion. Thus building the new world is a celebratory, cerebral affair…the greatest trip ever known. Apotheosis," being the hi-voltage deification of Man, to accelerate his ascent to Godliness.

Awakening Sovereignty is a practical guide to brain development for cultural creatives in generating a world based on reciprocal altruism. Reducing poverty and establishing the abundance economy is a matter of the symphonic evolution of the central nervous system to establish success, solvency, savoir-faire and novelty through neurological enrichment and integration. If the society we live in is non-competitive, cooperative, encouraging and sets unbounded limits, the brain grows to reflect the specificity, diversity and richness of unrestrained genius. Culture operates by evolutionary principles on the neuronal diversification of an individual during brain development. Natural selection preserves traits (and neurons) more likely to survive and reproduce to maximize our genetic success.

One could say there is a selfish gene and a selfish neuron within the game of continuity. But only in a society that embraces the “genius of the individual” without vile commercial capitalization, can this creative, visionary neurological enrichment and integration be stabilized—without the individual having to “kill all or part of themselves” in order to fit in and survive. To establish a culture for cultural creatives based on reciprocal altruism requires an autopoeitic, top-down author-ization of cultural design. You can't actually build the new brain and the new society using the same power-over tactics of the old. That is the kicker…we can’t get there from here. First we must BECOME this new thing in order to create the benign conditions for it to survive. Thus we must build and preserve our new sovereign brain within a hostile environment, allowing that neurological enrichment to create the new world around us in support of our creative endeavors.

This “benign leader” of the new world resides at the Uraeus, the cohesive motivating orbit of the integrated brain that binds together both the assertive instinct and nurturant instinct as one.

Kenan Malik sees that with industrialization and flatland science, the mechanistic accounts of human nature have disenfranchised the notion of what it is to be human, thereby falling short of the higher the values and sensitivities of the 18th-century Enlightenment.
