Hey jimtzu,
Your video with the beautiful notes and lanscapes made me want to preserve this Earth and humanity far more than all those words (good as they were) about global warming outcomes/quadrants of the videoed lecturer!

I think I'm having too much fun surfing videos these days. Sure is addictive! And a lot more fun than working  (actually, my work sort of involves being up to date with web-video in general, so it's not complete shirkage)  Here's a piece on Earthships, which I was involved with for about a year when I lived in Taos NM in 1995. They've come a long way!

Thanks for those Jana. I'm not sure I agree with much of her overall conclusions about Muslims, but it's nice to be reminded from time to time that not all Muslims are insane.  I thought I'd pass this one along, because I fancy the POV here. You may have heard of this guy or his book, he's making the circuit these days... I find his message original and seductive, even though limited in scope and only really comprehensible by angst ridden Yuppies.  If you get bored by the first part, skip to his conclusions...
