I am reading a Christian book by Gordon Dalbey "Healing the Masculine Soul"...it is very good.

"Without having bonded with his own masculine self, I believe that a man's effort to bond with a woman can only be an escape from his true self."

"As in any battle, we cannot escape the consequences of retreat. If we men shrink from this awesome task of redeeming the manhood that beckons us, if we abdicate the struggle to articulate the authentic manhood with not only words and deeds, but with new images as well, the old demons of violence and lust will surely attack with a vengeance."

He says emotional aloofness in males is due to lack of deep bonding with the father. Bonding with the feminine-soft-poetic nature of the father...that is exposure to ?father love.? Sure lack of mother warmth will also mess up a child.

In a google video ?DNA and the Brain? by Dr. James Watson on DNA and autism, he said it is the masculine type mind (systematizer) that is susceptible to autism. Most autistic children come from highly intelligent parents with masculine minds. Hence he thinks it is testosterone excess (produced by stress in the mother) in fetal development which helps to trigger autism. I think people?s bodies are generally breaking down and increasing the % of genetic problems due to EMFs pollution stress and removal from the strength of nature.
Check out the Watson video, it seems to hold some kind of holy grail.

The reason why the masculine-mind in both females and males is the "tolerator" of reality, is that it is the "systemizer." The "systemizer" is reaching breakdown/breakthrough point in our culture today with the amped up sympathetic nervous system?s efforts to respond to increasing information, complexity and stress/confusion. The main chemicals that feed the masculine mind are dopamine, testosterone and noradrenalin.

The prolonged and continuous release of the stress hormone cortisol creates a hyperestrogen effect in the body which promotes obesity, cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Thus in a way our bodies are becoming feminized, and our brains becoming masculinized...throwing the natural marriage of sexual potency into disarray. Unless we have already gone into meta-adaptation mode or thriving state in response to current conditions, we are all under this kind of chemical imbalance to varying degrees.

To turn this chaotic dissonance around we can use ?conscious? relationship between the sexes to bring about not a breakdown of our biology but a restitution and amplification of body, mind and soul...and consequently of civilization as a whole. If we do not reconstitute the masculine mind in this current age, who knows what ongoing hell realm will be created here on earth, considering our current potential for destruction. That is our spiritual evolution is imperative to our species survival at this point.

This requires not only harmony and meta-syzergy between the sexes, but it also requires us to collectively jump from digital-mind to quantum-mind. Digital (conditioned) mind requires all its ducks lined up in a row and it necessitates the focusing of the mind on the "contents" of consciousness. But with ongoing kundalini and proactive mastery of permanent ecstasy the brain is rewired into its Quantum-mind state.

In this form of consciousness the focused feeling in the head is changed to a feeling of space. The ducks no longer have to be lined up in a row, there is no "content" in ones field of consciousness, and yet the mind is working at a far greater efficiency beyond ones tacit perception of it. This must be the no-mind of martial arts. What we find if we can relax into and allow this Quantum-mind to mature, is that the masculine mind is brought into a synthesis with Universal-mind, and what emerges is a systematization that is transcendent of the conditioned-self and of culture as a whole?through the emergence of novelty! Whenever consciousness increases happenstance incorporates more novelty, thus the pace of evolution and change increases exponentially; and one becomes meta-adapted to the speed of ones own awakening.

The Quantum-mind is thus a realization of the mind of the cosmos. Cosmic consciousness thus occurs when the self-centric knot of removal from the All is let go. Through this mind, we CAN reconstruct our earth, body, mind and soul, and save ourselves from a bleak future for mankind. Through the harmonious marriage of the sexes, poles, hemispheres and charges, we can go Quantum and thereby effortlessly adapt to the fast pace of the "emergency-like" conditions of current society, and stop the endless backlash, blowback and fallout from maladaptation to reality.

But if we do not make conscious what is happening to us, we will resist it with all our might and try to hold onto the digital mind. Thus we will remain a disharmonious, non-individuated, non-illuminated rote species...a fate which will ensure certain global suicide.

Sub-mission to the Third Thing requires a certain amount of differentiation and spirit-centeredness in order to gain the self-transparency necessary for harmony. If the limbic system with its archetypal attachments is not released, the dissonance of ongoing attraction and aversion ties up ones psychic energy in endless story. The samsara-addicted soul cannot gain the mental hygiene needed for the energy to build toward creation of the Quantum-mind. Thus maintaining the body-mind-soul schism, which prevents the impeccability necessary for the evolution of the Individual (see Accident or Destiny).

Through fear and lust stemming from the cosmic divorce (separation) the cycle of maladaptation to reality is maintained and enlightenment is avoided, thru the dissipation of energy and consciousness. A being in such a state gravitates between the oblivion of false-satiety and the discontent of frustrated will out of sync with the rhythms and depths of reality (Universe).

The natural unfolding of Kairos (synchronicity) is devolved to an anxious self-concern, because indeed one's survival is under threat by being dissociated and askew from the depths of reality. This sorry condition of the discombobulated digital mind can only ever create more of the same hell. But we do get to taste the true depths of reality and sanity in moments when the veil is penetrated during peak biochemical experiential events. It is then that Infinite Space is able to enter the stream of linear time...the two hemispheres communicate and we get a glimpse of the Self beyond our despondency and intoxication with false-satiety and oblivion.

Thus the normal mode of oblivion or removal from reality is transcended as we mature beyond addiction to the chemistry of our drama, and allow the obliteration of the self in the Third Thing, letting go of what we have known ourself to be. When the brain resonates in perfect coherence to the Heart, such that they operate as one force, then we can be of beneficent influence on our own well-being and the well-being of the planet and Universe.
Thus "take kairos" or synchronicity takes on a whole new meaning.

The sub-mission to Quantum mind requires the toleration and mastery of ecstasy, such that it is permitted to be ?as it is.? That is we no longer run from it, chase it, convert it into other pleasures, use it for oblivion, are victimized by it into self-pity or any other interference with the pure ecstasy itself. For the ecstasy is the vibration in which we are reconstructed to higher levels, so it must be left alone to do its thing without any messing around with the God-force by our lower nature.

Tolerating and allowing ecstasy is perhaps the hardest spiritual task, for it requires us to let go of our known self and worldview. The short list for tolerating ecstasy is to relax, belly-breathe, ground feet, focus on the hara, draw energy up the spine, stop trying to collect the kinesthetic sense in the head into a pinpoint of concentration (digital mind) and to generate the sense of serenity in the temporal lobes. The microcosmic orbit of circulating energy around the body, up the back and down the front also helps.

The digital mind tends to collect beliefs and string them together into a world view for security and satisfaction, and through which we think we know ourself. The Quantum mind however is not identified with the contents of the mind and is relaxed in a permanent state of ?not knowing.? This condition of non-belief is readily open to learning and it doesn?t have to be defended with pride and anger. This allows the mental hygiene necessary for vastly increased data processing on both the conscious and unconscious levels. What this means is that there is energy and consciousness available for the rapid transmutation of the organism?thus the speed of incarnation toward the perfection of the manifest form into the divine form is increased. We are essentially talking about the development of a quantum human ie: a living Christ.

In one of the 6 videos the EST founder says that the personal developments idea of a central core self is just another limitation on our freedom. Grace is the illumination of the body and mind by soul. Illumination is sub-mission to the living Presence of God. Prana is the contagious energy of the living Presence of God?the creatrix intelligence of the Universe. If a meisner field is created by high level of coherency (superconductivity) in a yogi?s body, this would explain the phenomena of levitation by monks. It also explains how advanced meditators have greater immunity to external EMFs. This synchotronic coherency could only come about with impeccability and energy conservation and the lasering of will focused on the All. The quantum mind has insight into depths of Illumination or truth that we cannot perceive with the digital mind. John Temple says the target of evolution is Illumination and that we would not be able to survive the atomic age without it. The prime directive of all life is living in permanent Illumination. That is being one with God, in perfect synchronicity (Kairos) with the Uni-verse, is the deepest meaning and purpose and the highest goal of existence. Since Ka means light body in Egyptian the Greeks might have used it in the term Kairos to mean that the living Presence of God, or lightbody IS synchronous with the will of the One or Uni-verse.

Thus we see that the Quantum mind is synonymous with the permanent conflagration of the inner fire (tumo). If we suppress the tumo, we remain as unenlightened repressives. Ken Wilber always told us that we were unenlightened because we insist on avoiding enlightenment. Basically spiritual consciousness or the quantum mind is arrived at with Kairos to "allow" the Presence of God to transform us. Thus the unenlightened state is one of repression, and that means that all unenlightened individuals are repressing not only their own spiritual emergence but the presence of Life itself on planet earth.

Perhaps the essence of the strong masculine is the ability to face into reality without closing down. That is strength is the development the higher conscious skills of breathing through thought, experience and emotion, rather than pulling back, anaesthetizing, defending or building a shell. Weakness is to always find some way to move away from our response to reality rather than going into it. We learn from Bennett, Mehta, Reich etc... that uncompleted emotion is an abortion of experience which constitutes a "removal" from Reality. And Reality is this Self, that we so like to talk about these days (especially me). This removal from Reality and Self is maintained by not letting life awaken us fully, to feel Reality in the depths of our soul, thus we remain unenlightened to our true nature. The false self then is this abortion of thought, emotion and experience.

The "humanizing" force is the conscious awakening to Reality. The false self is not interested in Reality, it wants to just dance around pretty much avoiding everything especially feeling and communion. The ultimate act of love then, is coming home to the true Self. Then we can be in love with others and to simply Be, not play at life. The only evil, really is not to Be. The false self is only "pretending" to be human, and pretending to be alive, by aborting thought, emotion and experience.

What we need in this day and age, is the strong masculine, that is the ability to face into Reality without closing down. The strong masculine is a focused ?objective? witnessing capacity that allows a proper digestion of reality. Being embedded in desire/aversion probably always splits us off from experience and mind-body-soul unity. The strong masculine uses love to form distinctions, refinement and discernment. Strong involves complexity, it bends, flows, unites and responds with unique sensitivity to reality. The strong masculine is geared toward Unity because it is aware that everything is connected. The masculine and feminine that is into conflict and entropy is "weak" not strong, even when using strong powers of force. Weak is brittle and self-implosive.

The ultimate state is "derepression" to release bonds of the socialized karmic mind such that Kosmic Kairos, that is cosmic consciousness can occur bringing the individual up to vibrational speed with the evolutionary flow of Spirit. The trick to being yourself, is to become increasingly fearless about being and expressing who you are and impervious to how others see you, through projection of the transcendent vision from the ahumane (nondual) position. Who knows what is going to be needed in 5 years. All I know is that it will be a vastly different world already and a lot of people are going to need help to keep up and move on. The elimination of the toxic fear generated by existing administrations is the most important agenda of the current era.
A helpful way to look at it is to see light and dark as the foundation of existence, represented as a checkerboard...like the Freemasons do. The dark and light work together in a dance to wake each other up. However as consciousness wakes up the light gets lighter and the dark gets darker. Thus it is the brilliancy of hue of the checkerboard itself that is being turned up with each play of the dice. The light need to get organized, because the dark surely are. With the use of the internet now, and collective creativity and celebration there is a chance for us to get an upper hand. If we do not act fully in response to truth in our lifetime, then we only deserve the tyranny we get. Fear is the only thing we need fear.

Gardeners was a polished presentation of a professional, more visionary that scientific fact. Barry is quite the researcher and wrote to me about the need to make it clear that we are poking in the dark with sticks to find the way with this thing, and the more poking we do and the better we express ourselves about it the faster we will proceed. Barry tries to qualify his material as SPECULATIVE WORK, as I do with much of my own work. However there will be no growth in knowledge without this foray beyond the edge of the known. In the call to further knowledge we have to say "something."
David Hudson has done over 20 years of lab work, spent many millions of dollars of this and used some of the best minds and labs in the country. CERN, and Laurence Livermore syncotrons are active in the monatomic research. The amount of monatomic products on the market now are legion and even in your vitamin stores. So its out there. The reason why these guys have to talk in scientific terms is because more than ever now alchemy has become science, as we penetrate the exotic secrets of matter in search of the hidden knowledge of ourselves.

KEY OF THE KEYSTONE
Ok finally cracked it fully...this is the final piece of the basic BOK theory that points to the interaction of the LifeField and biophotons generated by the DNA and how the transmutation proceeds from the physics of light (biophoton radiation) to biochemistry. This has yet to be substantiated by science, but I suspect the reason why every cell of the body is in ecstasy when the light is flowing, is because the extra biophotons emitted from the activated DNA, interacts with cell contents (especially fatty acids in the cell membranes-the densest part of the cell). The Eicosanoids are extremely short-lived cell-to-cell hormonal messengers that never enter the bloodstream. These are produced in greater numbers by the increased light flow, which in turn activates increased activity of all cellular processes?beefing up protein generation, cell reproduction, hormones and consciousness itself. Thus the increase in light IS consciousness that catalyzes greater consciousness. The cellular ecstasy represents heightened coherent communication between the cells (cellular communion), plus the generation of anandamide and its analogs at the cellular level and amrita (the elixir of the Gods) in the illuminated central nervous system and brain.

The conveyence of coherent light that builds the spiritual lightbody requires cells that are built from raw remineralized food and living-water. During transmutation process of kundalini we need to help the light transform our cells and prevent tipping the chemistry morbidly toward the blackening, putrefaction end of the scale. Therefore we must have enough enzymes, bioactive water and energy-of-nature entering our system to offload the ?sludge? of the former body so that it does not damage the newly emerging spiritual body, or stick around to be reassimilated back into the tissues. If the body is made from inferior and toxic materials and is highly oxidizable then the increased light/metabolism of kundalini may speed the aging and breakdown of cells?but only in an ?effort? to reinstate the cosmic integrity of the organism and bring it back into the fold of the intelligence of the Universe.

Kundalini is a natural process of spiritual emergence and is not necessarily meant to be dangerous or unpleasant. We can essentially make it an awesome trip of a lifetime by perpetual understanding and submission to its demands on us. Basically what I was saying that during kundalini the body uses catabolic or self-consuming energy generation which uses energy from the body's fat and protein sources. The liberation of fatty acids, plus the extra radiation from free radicals and higher light flow produces not only one of the body's opioid bliss chemicals (anandamide) but also proinflammatories.

The body must be treated as undergoing an "atomic process," in that the catabolysis (putrifaction, coagulation and death of the tissues) must be allowed to proceed as the deepest form of detoxification there is, without overloading or depressing the process with say heavy foods, drugs or removal from nature's energies. If this building of the new body around the "light" is counteracted or suspended through "normal-cooked-urban" lifestyle then you end up with a half butterfly, half pupae, with perhaps a lot of tissue damage from the liberated toxins and the abortion of the natural timing and process of metamorphosis. Then because the biochemical process cannot proceed as nature intended there are emotional, psychological and spiritual blowback repercussions from such an abortion of the evolutionary process.

The next piece to the puzzle I am looking for is to see how Living-water is directly involved in DNA activation, the physics of kundalini-energy generation and the structural process of life itself. That however may be for future generations to decipher.

Opposite poles attract, and like poles repel?thus flows in the body are maintained. By maintaining the zeta potential (colloidality) of the body water it appears that drinking Hunza-like Living-water might be the most profound method of maintaining electrical polarities during catabolysis, reducing acidity, improving exocytosis, new protein genesis, energy generation and promotion of the steady removal of toxins from the body. Thus we see that the Fire of kundalini must be tempered by ?wetter water? to maintain integrity and integration and reduce entropy, decomposition, deterioration and disintegration.

Metamorphosis is dangerous to those that do not understand the life of the cell and nature, in that we are dealing with the welfare of our cells within a high radiation condition. Thus the catch phrase might go: "Obey the Light or get fried!"

The misappropriation of authority oft happens with nonacademic genius men over 50, however I think Hudson can be more than forgiven, you see even his misinformations are vitally important.

By wetter water I mean.... Study Viktor Schauberger for ideas on exactly Living-water is. Generally it is made in pristine, vital natural environments and has properties that include dynamic vortex flows, aeration, ionic charge in relation to minerals in it, sunlight, plant, soil and microbial components from a vital  catchment area, magnetized by earth currents and rocks and solarized. Basically this electrically zingy water has greater zeta potential and capacity to be uptaken and ultilized by cells.

After taking Omega 3 oil regularly I found can smell the fish oil capsules I take through my skin when the "light" is up and the cells are burning with kundalini. I thought it might be aromatics through the sweat glands but I wasn?t sweating at all. So on second thoughts I realized it must have been the photons hitting fat molecules in my cell membranes aspirating aromatic molecules of the fish oil incorporated in my tissues. This, combined with radically heightened senses.

Fritz-Albert Popp found the kinetics of the decay curves of biophoton  emissions to drop off in a hyperbolic fashion because they are coherent. Whereas an incoherent source of photon emission relaxes according to an exponential relationship between light intensity and time measurement. We could look to the light emissions as leading the hyperbolic nature of consciousness, emotions and chemistry...almost as though light was the matrix or fabric on which our matter and consciousness was formed.

The word Hypnogogia is composed of hypnos (sleep) and agogos (conduit). During the twilight of hypnogogia with our critical reason suspended  our subconscious is very easily affected. Hence theta states usefulness for telepathy, channeling, clairvoyance, astral projections and hypnosis. Also for suggestion, mind control, seduction and political control.

The Guru principle relies on theta brainwashing in order to establish a sangha that feeds the Guru and furthers his/her influence over the population. The Alpha male principle of the politician or policeman works in a similar fashion. Some of the imaging labs should do some brain scans and EEGs on a variety of people to see how Hitler's voice affects the brain.

You gotta admit that Osho had a permanent strong thetawave thing going, I mean look at those eyes, either that or he smoked alot of weed. Listening to cds of his voice would thus be a great vehicle for stabilizing theta. I got my first real taste of stabilized Spacemind or Quantum mind while listening to Osho in the bath.

The setting of intention and the receiving of resolution and answers apparently occurs in Theta brainwave frequency 4-7 cps (4Hz to 8 Hz). Generally human cells oscillate and resonate with the Schumann Resonance of the Earth’s EMF in mid-range alpha and theta at 6-10 Hz. There are daily changes in the Earth-ionosphere cavity resonance due to variability of the solar short wave radiation, which ionises the atmosphere at 90-100 km height. Theta brainwaves are active during dream sleep, deep meditation, trance, hypnagogia and are particularly strong during peak experiences, gnosis and creative-artistic reverie. Theta brainwaves engage inner and intuitive subconscious, where you hold memories, sensations, secrets and emotions.

Ecstasy occurs in theta at 3-6 cycles per second and low alpha at 6-8 cps (Alpha range 8 Hz to 12 Hz). This activates the limbic brains serotonergic circuits to the lower brain, resulting in synchronous brain wave discharges through the nerves linking the hierarchical strata of the brain. These strongly coherent frequencies synchronize the frontal areas of the brain, integrating nonverbal information into the frontal cortex—thus producing insight, intuition and ESP. Telepathy or ESP are accessed in theta due to increased interhemispheric penetration between the sides of the brain and hierarchical strata communication via serotonergic nerves.

Ecstasy represents heightened coherent communication between the cells (cellular communion) plus entrainment with the Schumann Resonance of the Earth (Earth communion). Thus cellular and Earth communion result in maximizing sense of well-being and intuitive genius—we thus live and express Earth-soul or Cosmic Consciousness. Theta links us both into the Earth’s resonant frequency and the deeper layers of the psyche. Shamanic practices tend to produce a theta wave synchronization across brain systems, which heightens the adaptive-integrative mode, resulting in higher socioemotional intelligence. Research shows that drumming induces relaxation, enhanced theta-wave production and brain-wave synchronization. Serotonin, is crucial to feelings of well-being. Social status also plays a part in our digestive health and sense of well-being, for there is some evidence of high serotonin levels in leaders and Type A personalities.

The effect of stimulating the right-brain, or the left side of the body, causes an increase in theta brainwaves, in most individuals. lower brainwaves, such as theta brainwaves, tend to cause the release of serotonin (calming). While stimulation of the left-brain and right side of the body increases beta wave and dopamine (stimulating). Interhemispheric integration refers to the communication between the left and right cerebral hemispheres. To function efficiently, we need to integrate information from various specialized centers to coordinate a planned response. Thus the brain must be well differentiated, and integrated.
 
About 95 percent of the body's serotonin is to be found in the stomach or enteric brain; the wall of the gut, has at least seven types of serotonin receptors which act to facilitate the digestive process. Serotonin also acts as a go-between, keeping the brain in the skull up to date with what is happening in the brain below. Such communication is mostly one way, with 90 percent traveling from the gut to the head. Serotonin is perhaps the major neurotransmitter responsible for communication between the enteric and the head brain. Information from our enteric brain, “gut intuition,” is no doubt re-collected via the serotonin, relaxation, meditation and contemplation of the theta brainwave state. Thus we might say that gnosis is a two-brain phenomena working in sync.

The twilight zone of hypnogogia produces brief, fleeting visions, feelings that the bed is moving, rocking, floating or sinking, electric buzzing sensations and inner voices. Typically meditation promotes a slowing down of the brain waves to alpha, with intermittent theta waves—which usually appear only during light sleep. During meditation released tensions increase skin resistance, lower blood lactate, reduce heart rate and slow down breathing. Taken as a whole, the entire metabolism slows down, with the person remaining in a state of peaceful relaxation.

Kenneth Blum et al proposed that serotonin is the neurotransmitter which initiates the reward cascade. The reward cascade begins in the hypothalamus, which is a principle site for emotion and reward. Neurons in the hypothalamus release serotonin (5HT) which activates the opioid enkephalin. The hypothalamus controls the border zone between the conscious and supra-conscious levels of awareness. The biochemical process through which this is accomplished involves serotonin, one of the two primary hormones released by the pineal gland. As levels of serotonin to the hypothalamus are increased, certain neurons fire more easily, enabling sensory information that was previously being processed at a supra-conscious level to be shifted into the domain of our conscious awareness.

Studies on the phenomena of memory, emotion, plasticity, sleep, meditation and hypnosis all draw connections between theta waves. At the localized level, theta wave seems to be involved in short-term memory—individual memories are refreshed in gamma (40Hz) while the whole salient refresh cycle occurs in theta (6Hz). The links between theta frequency memory, emotion and local neural plasticity point to why hypnogogic visualizations in theta involve such intense subjectivity and create a lasting vivid impression. Indeed theta phenomenology can create lasting changes in the brain, spiritual perception and our sense of self—tuned as it were to the music of the Earth’s sphere.

Mozart’s brain must have been quite different from the ordinary humanoid. How many of us can say that we receive instantaneously whole symphonies and operas in our head. Therefore one would assume that Mozart had a great deal of Theta wave as a normal living state. Thus producing the kind of wholism and synthesis of consciousness known to all geniuses. Remember that focused (digital) remembering of individual facets of consciousness are refreshed in gamma (40Hz) while the whole salient refresh cycle occurs in theta (6Hz). Theta therefore must represent a large component of what I call the “Quantum-mind.” Which is a gestalt of gnosis comprised of the entirety of a theory, idea or art form, which then needs to be “unpacked” temporally with the digital focused mind.

It is an interesting concept to contemplate is the slower your brainwaves the faster your consciousness....consider millisecond dreams that seem to last hours. The slow wave packs more consciousness bites per second. Modern humans think that you go faster by stimulation, actually you just fry your nerves. After a prolonged period of Beta state the ratio between potassium and sodium is out of balance, creating mental fatigue. Theta state resets the sodium & potassium ratios in the brain cells. The sodium & potassium levels are involved in the osmotic process that transports chemicals into and out of your brain cells. A brief period of 5-15 minutes of Theta restores the ratio to normal resulting in mental recharging.
